## Description

Product Description Finally speak, laugh and eat freely again – thanks to DinaBase 7 DinaBase 7 is a professional adhesive for dentures. Unlike traditional adhesive creams, one tube of DinaBase 7 is sufficient for 1–2 months, as it lasts up to 7 days on the denture. During the initial 7-day application period, you keep the denture in your mouth and clean it daily as usual. DinaBase 7 is made from a thermoplastic material also used by dentists to reline dentures. When warmed, it adapts to your oral shape, completely fills the gap between the palate and denture, and remains securely in place even when the denture is removed. This gives DinaBase 7 superior hold, eliminates pressure points, prevents food particles from entering under the denture – and restores your quality of life. Here’s how it works Warm the tube in hot water to make DinaBase 7 easier to dispense. Place a cherry-sized portion in the centre of the denture. Spread evenly from the centre outwards. Done! What sets DinaBase 7 apart from conventional adhesive creams Conventional denture adhesives often don’t deliver what they promise. If you wear dentures, you’ve probably experienced this yourself: standard adhesives rarely provide a secure hold. This is because they’re applied as a thin layer, which isn't enough to fill the growing gap between the palate and denture base over time. As a result, dentures lose their grip and must be re-applied daily – which is time-consuming and often unreliable. This gel completely fills the hollow space between the palate and denture base, providing full support. Once cooled, the material solidifies and remains securely in place – even when the denture is removed. It ensures an exact, pressure-free fit and effectively blocks food particles from entering. One application typically lasts 7 days – and one tube is enough for 1–2 months. DinaBase 7 – how to use it Before using DinaBase 7 for the first time, clean and dry your denture thoroughly. Then warm the tube in hot water to make the gel easier to apply. Squeeze a small amount (cherry-sized) onto the centre of the denture. After placing it in your mouth, press the denture into position with your fingers and adjust it using your lips and cheeks. The gel will mould to your unique anatomy. Then hold the denture briefly under cold water and trim off any excess. Your denture will now sit securely for a full week. After 7 days, simply remove the material by placing the denture in hot water and scraping off the gel with a teaspoon. Then reapply DinaBase 7 and press the denture into place – done! … and no more cleaning hassle! Even while DinaBase 7 remains on your denture, you can still remove and clean it thoroughly. Either use a standard cleaning tablet or simply brush it under warm running water. The gel remains firmly in place. If you want to remove it, soak the denture in hot water for 15 minutes, and the material will soften. You can then peel it off easily and reapply a fresh layer. The 10 key benefits of DinaBase 7 at a glance Used by dentists for professional denture relining. Thermoplastic material provides full support between denture and palate. One tube lasts up to 2 months. Superior hold and pressure-free fit for better comfort. Prevents food from getting under the denture. Reduces gum irritation and pressure points. Allows clear speech and confident chewing. Denture can be removed and cleaned normally. No need to reapply daily. Regain quality of life – and enjoy your food again!

Review: Brilliant stuff and Easy to use - This is not an adhesive, it's a reliner. This is 1000 times better than the 2 parts kits that you mix together. 1000 times less messy, and it has a much longer work time. It's easy to use, and soft enough for quite a while after it's applied to dentures to easily cut the excess off and reshape it, once happy with the fit you put it into cold water for a while to set it. I even popped my denture back in really hot water days later to soften it up slightly to rework the edge the first time I applied. I needed to correct my handy work as I left one side too deep so it dug into my gum, not that it was hard, but it's firm and rubbed a little. The two part kit I had used in the past worked, but ruined my last dentures, they needed replacing anyway so no big deal, but the mix kits chemicals etched into the plastic and made the gum part dull looking. This is like a soft pliable elastic gel when applying, and doesn't run all over the place, so it's very easily used on partials. It's also really easy to remove for replacing when needed, unlike the 2 part ones, which I had to dremel off the insides of my old dentures in places to remove it as the 2 part mix kits turn to rock abd is a nightmare to remove. This single part one stays softer, but not soft and spongy. To remove this, you drop your dentures in quite hot, but never boiling, let them sit for about 5 minutes, and it just easily and completely pulls off in one strip (no, drinking or eating hot food doesn't remove it). The taste of this when first applied, isn't that bad, and the chemical taste doesn't last for days, only a couple of hours at most, unlike with other relining kits who's nasty taste can last days. It burns/stings a little when first getting it set up, the sting is worth it (a minute or two) but that quickly vanishes with a few mouth rinses with cold water. Application lasts for a good month or more on my bottom dentures. WITHOUT this gel, my bottom dentures would be out more than in, even using adhesives. I still use adhesive with this reline gel as my gums are shallow, but my teeth stay in all day now as theres little to no movement using this, so the normal denture adhesive doesn't wiggle/squish out during eating. I can glue my bottom teeth in first thing in the morning, and depending what I have eaten during the day, not chewy steak as that will deffinatly loosen them by late afternoon/evening, they are usually still in place and stuck enough to eat my evening meal most days. Some evenings/nights I have to fight to get my dentures out as the every day adhesive is still there, and I no longer fear the dreaded sneeze your teeth out either, yep, it's happened 😂😂😂 Like anything, it takes a while to use it correctly but it's so workable, even the first use won't end up in the bin. I suggest you use a small Pea size bit and try it on a bit of hard plastic and play with it to see what the properties and feel is like before actually using it on you dentures. This seems expensive for the size of the tube, but a little is all you need. Watch the few YouTube videos on how to use this, but most are in German (might have subtitles), but the video without sound was enough for me. I'm never going back to the 2 part kits. I also hope this never gets taken off the market and I wished had found it years ago instead of struggling with my bottom teeth and the pain and rubbing caused by them flip flopping about once the denture adhesive wore off in an hour or so. The people saying they used a half or whole tube in one go, either seriously need to get new teeth if the gap was that big to need a whole tube, or they have tried using it like denture adhesive rather than a reliner. I have used mine 4 times now and still have at least 2 thirds of the tube left and it's probably 2 to 3 times the size of the tiny travel size toothpaste tubes, and with the length of time it stays put, it really isn't expensive. Just read the instructions a few times, and a few times more to make sure you know what you are doing, watch some videos on using it, take a small Pea size prepared gel to play with at first and you really can't go wrong. I hope they never take it off the market as its a life saver.
Review: NOT SO GOOD - Having tried all the denture paste’s on the market with non of them coming close to what it said on the tin. I had great expectations from the DB7 product. Having read the instructions 3 times the product was applied exactly in line with the instructions. Retention on the lower plate lasted 2-3 hours. This I must add was a very new lower plate so no excessive gaps from the plate to the gums. Retention of the upper plate was for about 6 hours. So I wonder if the industry use crash test dummies to test denture retention products? They certainly can’t do so on humans if product expectations are for 7 days, and the product in my case can’t make 7 hours! So I’m now left with the only option of spending £1000’s on implants. 😢

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Could someone tell me the ingredients in this product? thank you.**
A: Hi, apologies but the instructions come in mainly French . There is an English instruction sheet on application but does not list ingredients. If this helps it says the composition = haute-viscose solution d'Acetate de Polyvinyl en Ethanol. Hope it helps. Keith

**Q: is this a thermoplastic denture adhesive, such as comfort lining or cushion grip?**
A: Very similar to Cushion Grip but easier to use and lasts for about 5 or 6 days. Sets slightly softer than cushiongrip . Pleasant tasting and not as smelly as cushiongrip. I've used it for about 10 months and am very pleased with it.

**Q: does it work on bottom dentures**
A: I bought it for my bottom dentures.they are partial. it works for me.i think its great, the instructions are in English, and simple.

**Q: How long does it take to set as mine isn’t setting**
A: It never sets hard. I apply it last thing at night. Leave denture for about 10 min before refitting and don't bite hard on it. It sets into a firm rubbery texture . Best to renew after about a week.
This product is a re liner, it greatly improves the fit and comfort but it isn't a glue.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous when used correctly
*by F***E on 4 February 2022*

I've been using this constantly now for around 18 months. My partial denture which is a half top set needed relining but due to Covid it wasn't deemed an emergency for seeing my dentist. I tried this and have to say I won't even ask the dentist to redo it at all now. It's worth noting people who have left reviews saying g it doesn't work are just not using it correctly... It is NOT an adhesive, it for loose/uncomfortable dentures which no longer fit properly and need relining. The best way of using in my experience is to roll a small blob in between your fingers to make it warm and more pliable, then roll into a small thin sausage shape the length you require. If you didn't use enough simply add more and re roll it. Then push and manipulate it into the area of the denture where it no longer fits. Pop your denture back in and push so as to get the substance where it needs to be. Again if you get it wrong first time just start again. Once happy with the fit, it needs to cure so try to avoid drinking anything for a couple of hours and definitely don't eat anything. Once it is cured properly it will withstand being brushed/soaked etc and will stay attached to the denture and actually last for months! Taste wise, it's not awful but a little strong, this only lasts as long as the curing process though. If when you do take it out to clean and you find it's still a bit soft to the touch, it means it hasn't fully cured yet so take extra care when cleaning. I've only just today replaced my relining after 3 months. Only use denture adhesive if needed after the lining has fully cured. Hope this helps 😀
