Strong suction on tiles which is what I needed. (No good on painted wall)

Unfortunately these items are not staying on tiled wall. I'm trying to return them but Amazon are charging return postage which is annoying as I purchased them with free returns

I bought a pair of these. One works fine I have that one in the shower but the second one does not stay at all. The first time I tried to use it I almost fell because it came away from the tile
