FluoriGard Daily Rinse Mouthwash, 400ml

I've been using Colgate Fluorigard as part of my daily oral care routine, and it's one of the best fluoride mouthwashes I've tried. Recommended by my dentist for extra enamel protection, and it’s easily the best daily rinse I’ve used. Because it’s alcohol-free, it doesn’t have that aggressive, stinging burn that leaves your mouth feeling stripped. Instead, it has a pleasant, mild mint flavour that leaves things feeling fresh. The 400ml bottle lasts a decent amount of time, and it’s a reassuring extra step for cavity prevention if you want something gentler on sensitive gums.

I really like this mouthwash. It’s alcohol-free, so there’s no burning sensation, and the mint flavour is fresh but not overpowering. It leaves my mouth feeling clean and helps protect enamel without drying out my mouth. Great for daily use and ideal if you want fluoride benefits without harsh ingredients.

The packaging is really neat, comfortable to hold and looks nice. Lid conveniently houses the amount you need and is easy to drink from. The flavour is nice and not over burdening, it helps balance PH with 0.05% fluoride so it's high quality.

After going down a oral healthcare rabbithole I'd never buy anything other than this tbh, it seems the only actual mouthwash that protects your mouth after clearing it of debrey, why would you buy another non-alcohol mouthwash and not opt for the added flouride protection - it's like a quick toothbruth without the effort with a bonus water flossing. Great if you're away too and don't want to fuss about bringing a toothbrush etc - obviously not ideal but it still does help with the flouride

Decent product (No alcohol burn), but it is relatively low on the fluoride (225 ppm). Using this after you brush your teeth with regular toothpaste (~1450 ppm fluoride) will actually leave you at more risk of cavities, etc. Think of this mouthwash as more of a breath freshener for after meals rather than something to use after brushing your teeth in the morning and evening.
