My rwgular BCAA was out of stick so I tried this and all I can say is wow my energy is through the roof. I had the Raspberry and it tastes so fresh and delicious. One scoop whilst doing cardio and another scoop whilst doing my weight training..perfect for me 👍🏿

I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review and after two weeks of use, I think it's time. The product is really good. I've never used sustain supplements before during my workouts, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've definitely felt a difference with it, it helps me to push my last few reps and squeeze out the needed energy to finish. The taste is alright, not the best but after a few uses, you get used to it. Quick disclaimer; a family member tried it as well and said they had a weird feeling in their stomach from it, I personally haven't had any problems with it, just be mindful your body might react differently to it.

Great taste (raspberry and pomegranate flavour), not too sweet or artifical, really does taste of raspberries fresh from the field/packet! Nice inclusion of electolytes as well as the essential BCAAs, not sure the inclusion of vitamins worthwhile TBH though in a BCAA drink. Mixes well with water with no clumping. Would like to see the price a little lower, its a small tub (260g) yet almost the same price as Grenade BCAAs which come in a 390g tub and are much better value.

i use this when going to gym it helps with muscle fatigue. and helps u to stop burning your muscles as fuel, for your body this makes the fuel for your body .

Best, buying it from amazon is cheap and reliable

I started adding this to my training regime a few months ago, it has made a big impact and contributing to my overall hydration during and post workout. BCAA's are what everyone knows and loves, but the addition of the electrolytes is what is key here, the daily replenishment is what make the difference with hydration. The company I find really good and their supplements I find really good and the quality is awesome. The apple and pear flavour is also my favourite.

It is ok 👌 if you drink this during the day when suffering from muscles pains and feeling a bit tired . I got recovered quite effectively and managed to head to gym again on the same day . But this doesn’t work during the training session to boost energy etc . I prefer pre work out 💪 as massive booster . And take the BcAA tablets after my training. It tastes a bit bitter for me too. During the session I prefer to take mineral water 💦 rather than sugary drink for my teeth protection.
