Defective
The ornament was beautiful. However, the hook became detached from the top of the ornament and it fell from my tree and shattered. I contacted Hallmark about this and I am getting no where with receiving a replacement or refund. I can’t request either on Amazon either because they want the original sent back. But I am not sending broken pieces of glass back for someone to get hurt and it’s in the trash anyway. I’m so upset about this! My family collects a year ball ornament every year, and so far we don’t have one.

Shiny, nice weight
Did not have visible 2022 stamped on the bell... It was in tiny black numbers on the very bottom of bell.
