Smells amazing & goes on beautifully smoothe. Says it's cruelty free but does contain beeswax so vegans be aware of this as it may not be suitable for some of the more strict in the community. I'm ok using beeswax & would recommend this as it's really helped relax me for sleep.

If you're in any doubt about buying this just go for it - I've been using it for 6 weeks and absolutely love it. On nights where I've stayed away and not used it I've definitely noticed it takes longer to get to sleep. I rub a little on both temples when I get into bed and also a little under my nose. It'd really mild and gentle, and doubles as a brilliant overnight lip balm too. The company are great, when I tweeted them to tell them how great I thought this product was they tweeted me back and were absolutely lovely. It's a reasonable sized tin, a little goes a really long way. The scent isn't too overpowering, which is good because I often find other sleep products are pure lavender which I find a bit much - the sleep balm has a really subtle fragrance. I recently bought a tin for a friend who struggled to switch off and sleep at night, and now she's hooked too! A really lovely product all round!

This stuff really works, suffered the past 18 months with broken sleep and getting to sleep with stress where no herbal tablets have helped and didn't want to go the prescription route. Applied this on my temples and wrists on going to bed and for the first 3 nights of using it my quality of sleep has improved ten fold. Absolutely marvelous, thank you!

I read through A LOT of the reviews. I just kept going and going...... I thought there must be *something* in this that might help me. I'm afraid it hasn't. :/ I do apologise, as it is a nice product! It's in a tin (I got the larger size). It is like a balm - put it on pulse points (and various other locales!) I tried this in several ways over about a month. Neck (Each side) a little behind the ears! Sides of temples, base/apples of cheeks! Tip of my nose! (As the scent is really nice?? really nice! but VERY mild - too mild to be as effective as the claims have been imo --> I am also an 'aroma-chemist' btw... very perceptive to use of essential oils and things akin thereto!) In using this - anything which was on my face - no reactions (I do tend to have oily/combination skin) no problems! No weird dreams! LOL (I think that was my favourite review!) I did not notice...................any change.... in my sleep (Getting TO sleep.. falling BACK asleep if I had to go to the loooo... taking a nap or bed at night). What I will say is - it has a very nice scent. For the person who is NOT an aromachemist - this might be more 'pungent' for you. For me, it just wasn't strong enough. (I am used to very high concentrated focused/prescribed compounds... this could have been doubled imo....) BUT - I could feel - good quality (And that it did not cause any skin breakouts wherever used). I can't say that I'd recommend this readily, but it would not hurt to try it in my opinion. Overall - it's OK - it IS a nice smelling product, but not something I will be buying again.

Smells amazing and really helps at destressing before bed! It lasts absolutely ages (+6months) but you do need to warm it slightly with your fingertips before you can get much out to put on pressure points. The texture always stayed very firm in the tin very much like a new vaseline, but this can be annoying to get any decent amount of product out.

I don't often write reviews but I needed to with this sleep balm . I was recommended this while going through the menopause. I thought how can a balm make you sleep ..How wrong I was I use this every night and iv never slept so good .It really does work .I rub on my temple wrists and 10 mins I'm asleep . I’ve used this balm plenty times in the past so I know how it should smell. Unfortunately the one I’ve just received smells only of beeswax. I wish I’d bought the small one instead and not wasted money on this one

I bought a tin of this years ago and used it when I worked nights, helped me no end to sleep during the day. I repurchased as I lost my original tin, thought was a bit expensive but when it arrived (the next day, very quick delivery!) It was a larger tin than I had so was very pleased. I used last night by applying a little to the temples and nose and slept like a log, forgot how lovely this stuff is, really helps you get a good nights sleep with a lovely gentle smell of lavender.

Un prodotto con un profumo rasserenante, una texture molto piacevole, lo uso ogni sera prima si dormire e penso già di acquistarne un altro, dal momento che ė diventata una coccola di cui non posso fare a meno....qualità sinceramente ottima.

The smell and ingredients are good. I like the design and the consistency of the salve. I use it daily and it keeps my hands from becoming too dry.

Mag vielleicht Kopfsache sein aber ich schlafe mit dem Balsam wie ein Baby. Ich reibe ihn direkt vor dem zu Bett gehen auf die Handrücken und ein wenig unter die Nase. Top.
