**Q: This phone came with no instructions or cords? What kind of telephone cord does this phone require? The traditional cord is too big.**
A: The unit includes the phone, handset, and handset cord. Thats the way Avaya ships the item. You will need either a Cat5, Cat5e, or Cat6 cable to connect this phone to your network.

**Q: Can i use this as a home office phone with my voip service?**
A: No you can't.  This is not a sip phones.  Its avaya proprietary h264.

**Q: Can this be used with a google WiFi router? Thank you**
A: It's not a wifi device.   It's powered through the network cable.  If your router says it's PoE (Power over Either net) it should work.  If it doesn't, you need to get a power injector (like these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IZAQJG0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )

The phone worked as expected when installed on an IP Office system, but the phone box was opened, so I could not sell this to a customer as new. The phone itself looked to be packaged in the original plastic bags, and came with all the correct accessories.
