I am pleased that this product says it only contains L-Glutamine and does not include lots of other things/fillers as many other complementary products do contain. It is hard to say how effective/beneficial this has been as I've only taken it for 10 days so far and in a much less quantity than recommended to see how it goes as I am very sensitive to any form of 'medication'. So far, so good although usually supplements take a while to be effective. Always worth investigating possible side effects in case there is a reaction to any supplements.
