Shabby Chic Style "A to Z" Bookends - Ivory painted wood finish

I don't normally write reviews but I'd seen that there has been negative feedback for these bookends for which I nearly didn't buy them myself and I wanted to reassure people that they do work, they have absolutely no problem holding my paperback books (of which there are sixteen in total) and they have not moved at all, they are very sturdy and what is more, they look great! I absolutely love them, they are exactly what I wanted and look fantastic on the shelf. The only negative I have is that they are a little bigger than I was expecting and therefore take up a fair amount of room on the shelf, which is something to consider if you need to use as much of the shelf space as possible, if that's not a concern then you can just enjoy how great they look!

The bookends arrived very promptly, ordered on the Wednesday/Thursday and arrived on Saturday! The look and quality of the bookends themselves are great and will look really good on my shelf. The only thing that would be helpful to provide would be the measurements of the items. I was expecting them to be slightly larger, however they are ideal for my needs.

Very sturdy book ends, paint is starting to fade of but its only for a playroom so the weathered look is fine.

These look the part but they are so light they would even stand the weight of 4 little baby books! I've had to drill them down to the shelves with a wood screw.

All bookends come in pairs, and the illustration for these shows both "A" and "Z", implying that they come as a pair. I ordered on this understanding, but only the "Z" arrived - which is the sound of one hand clapping. I am trying to return this, can't find how, but this is misleading advertising if the price refers to a singleton, or carelessness if they failed to send thepair. HELP. How do I return it.

It's fine but will slide apart

Good size, sufficient weight and look great in my daughter's bedroom. Overall good value for money and I am pleased

Lovely item, very pretty but not too heavy if I'm honest

Come descritto.

Come da descrizione. Carine e utili. Non reggono il peso di libri pesanti ma fanno bene il loro lavoro. Ok
