About the same footprint as an external DVD drive, but inevitably thicker, this is an amazing desktop computer. I have loads of spare real estate now, having ditched a clunky huge thing. I was impressed with the included UGREEN armoured HDMI to Display Port cable too. Despite specifically asking the pre-purchase question here, if there is a Product Key for Windows 10 Pro 64 included, and the reassurance from three (obvious) employees that there is... there isn't! The metal case is surprisingly rough cut for ventilation, and even performing Windows Updates alone, it gets hot to touch. The fan whirs away like crazy to try cooling things down and I am already concerned how this temperature swing will impact on the lifespan of the components. The operating manual is way too generic, barely touching the model which arrived. Apart from these caveats, I'm impressed. It's a perfect demonstration of Moore's Law in action.

Pros:I was very wary of purchasing this mini desktop, but so far it's been working great and I've been using it for over a month. For the spec and an i7 processor it's great value for money. It's boots extremely quickly into windows 10 Pro (pre-installed), has HDMI and has plenty of USB ports, Eithernet port and WiFi, I've been using on WiFi and it works a treat. I've used it for some video editing with two ulta-wide monitors and it it handles it well.Cons:Gets very noisy when the fan runs due to heat. Mine also lost it's bios settings due everytime I lost power to the unit (I had some external power issue, but it wouldn't boot until bios disk setting were reset).Overall, it's surprising fast for the price as long as it lasts! You could pay 2-3 times for for similar spec for a well known brand.

PROSobviously it's size is great, and it's portability, it's really lightweight.It's performance is incredible, that SSD makes all the difference.CONSif you place it level (flat) it gets hot and loud even at idle. But if you stand it up it stays cold and silent. Massive difference as the heat can escape. However its been designed to sit level so it's been designed badly for airflow.

The device took a while to arrive, almost certainly from Asia It has many interface sockets and is reasonably fast in comparison to my workstation It arrived with windows already installed and usable without the usual Microsoft password garbage There was an unexplicable hiccup with windows which went away on its own Support from the supplier was very good. So far so good after a week or so

Lovely powerful little bit of kit. Easy to set up and transfer data. Quick and performs well. Slightly noisy but love it.

It’s an ok little pc, the design of it needs to be looked at, the fan is on the bottom of it and there is not much clearance, even at the cpu running at 20% the fan is very noisy.This will not support windows 11, I ordered it before the windows 11 requirements had been published.I am using it mainly for my cctv system so don’t really mind the fan noise.For an occasional use this is a perfect little PC.Needs a little improvement, and I would also recommend a clean install of the OS that I have had to do, not saying that it has any sort of spyware/malware but on day one of putting it on my network my firewall was going crazy with warnings, might be pure coincidence.Update, avoid this machine, keeps on crashing, and the ssd drive has just failed, support is crap 3 messages and no reply

Bought this item to power some music software. It is rock solid. Very powerfull. Does not take up a lot of space and runs on a normal tv via hdmi. Dont let it's small stature fool you as it packs a big punch.

Product as described, quiet and small unit. Very quick to boot and get underway. Fast enough for my CAD requirements. No issues after 3 months of use.
