I think it best you seek medical advice if your jockstrap region is giving off organic vapours and particulates dangerous to health.

Will it steam up my glasses

Condensation from a mask is due to poor ventilation, which cheap paper masks are prone to creating since they have a really basic valve, from using this I found it stays quite cool on your face as it brings in cool air with each breath and exhales hot air brilliantly too. I wear plastic safely glasses when using this and from my experience I havnt had them fog up. I suppose its thanks to the valve on the front that sends the hot air out in a jet rather than letting the air rise upwards which is a common prob with cheap masks. Hope this helps

is it easy to buy new filters for the mask

Trying to remove filters is extremely difficult. I keep mask for year and then discard. Seems OK providing you use with close fit. If its just for paint and you can't smell any odour its probably working OK. Trying to get more info from makers is really difficult.

Would this product be suitable protection from airbourne mould spores, for use when cleaning mould from a property?

Probably adequate but it would be better to use the 3M 4255 respirator which gives protection up to P3 level this includes high levels of mould (See HSE Guidance, Industries - Agriculture, Articles 'All you need to know about disposable dust masks').
