Didn't think as a mid 20s guy, I would like these pads so much for my skin
These pads are a great addition to anyone's skincare routine (even GUYS), especially if you’re serious about maintaining clear and even skin. These pads are packed with glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and hyaluronic acid, which work together to exfoliate, even out skin tone, and tackle blemishes. Over time, you’ll notice a real difference in your skin’s texture and clarity. The key to getting the most out of these pads is consistency. Using them regularly at night helps to gradually resurface your skin, making it smoother and more refined. They’re effective yet gentle enough for nightly use, and the long-term benefits are worth the commitment. What makes these pads even better is how well they work with other night time skincare products. Pairing them with your favorite serums and moisturizers boosts their effectiveness and helps you wake up with fresher, clearer skin. If you’re into skincare and want to see real results, these pads are definitely worth trying.Personally I use a moisturiser and eye repair cream nightly, the pads are great prior to these products.

Great product with a brightening, smoothing effect
I am 40 and have oily skin. These glycolic pads are the best I've found for sweeping over my face after cleansing and before serum. They are a 10% glycolic acid formula (rather than the weaker 5% formula of most glycolic toners) and I found they gave a similar result to Pixi Glow Tonic - they definitely have a brightening, smoothing effect on my skin which gives a more youthful appearance. I usually follow up with a light hydrating serum and a couple of drops of Clarins Lotus Oil in lieu of a moisturiser, but if you have normal/dry skin you could just as easily follow up with a rich night cream. I find my skin absorbs products really well after using these pads.I am pale, which means my skin tone can look very uneven at times, and I think these pads do help to even things out a bit and give me a bit more radiance, which my skin would otherwise lack.I also find that they reduce oiliness without being too harsh or drying and I have had far fewer breakouts since I started using them combination with a balancing oil. They've become a vital part of my routine and are usually reasonably priced. They're also very convenient, especially for travelling, as I don't have to carry a pack of cotton wool pads in addition to a toner.

Dry/combo skin
I have really dry skin so I wanted something to get rid of the dry patches. I had previously tried the glycolic fix scrub from the same range and really liked it, but I thought the pads might be quicker and more convenient. These are super strong, if I wipe my face once I feel a very slight tingle and it softens my skin up nicely, however the first time I really scrubbed at my whole face and my cheeks reacted really badly, it burned and took ages to heal so be careful not to overuse! However i also had a couple of those annoying under the skin spots on my forehead that normally make my skin bumpy and red and refuse to go for weeks, but the first time with these pads they magically healed and went away! Probably the saiylic acid. So basically, use these right and they are amazing :) they are a really good price, last ages, even out your skin tone and texture and generally brighten up your face. I want to explore the other nip fab products but I definitely see myself repurchasing these when I eventually run out. I recommend them highly!

Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Extreme Night Pads, 60 pads
I saw it on a deal on amazon and so thought I would try it.I used to have adult cystic acne. I didnt get a lot...not clusters all over the face or so, but sometimes localised to some areas of the face. These generally resolved over the years thankfully... but I would still get them randomly. Generally when they start disappearing for me.... the cystic region would reduce in size and flatten over several weeks but the area where the cystic spot was, would darken and stay on for months (even though Im not out in the sun), till it would slowly fade away. So to prevent these random occurrences, I adapted quite a lengthy routine for keeping my face clean by using neutrogena salicyclic acid face wash, face scrubs, face masks, facial oils, aloe vera, organic face creams and also by not touching my face (haha) etc. And recently I went back to using facial brush. I also generally like to use natural products as much as possible, where I can. But recently I was getting more spots in one area of the face, which again would leave areas pigmented after the spots resolved...so I would be left with flat, dark, small spots. And these pigmented areas would stay on for months till they faded. I started reading up about chemical peels through an article on a medical journal and a few generic websites, which demonstrated that these post inflammatory hyperpigmentations areas can be faded faster. And glycolic acid can help shed the superficial layers of the skin to hasten that. So I thought I would try it out. There are 60 pads in a box. The pads are soaked in a solution and very thin. The pad's one side is flat surfaced and other side is textured. There is not a lot of instructions on the tub- just basic instructions, which makes you think it musnt be too potent. Initially I followed the advise and only used it once a week. I have been using it for a few weeks now and I have been using it more frequently in a week too. It definitely stings when one is using it after washing their face. And it does redden the areas temporarily too. Ive had it a few times where my cheeks are peeling and more drier than usual but thats normal for chemical peels. Just moisturise more. I cannot exactly say that it is definitely improving my skin as I am using other products/routine with it, which I had abandoned previously...i.e. facial brushI am not getting any new big spots/pimples/zits/acne since Ive been using it. I would either get spots in areas where it cant be seen (near the temple, where strands of hair would fall and cover) or they are be small whitehead spots which do not cause any localised inflammation and vanish on their own.... so there is no post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the moment. So YAY!I would like to give it more time to see how well it works. Therefore I am only awarding it 4 stars however if it shows a lasting change I am more than happy to go back and change my rating.
