Bought this product November 2018 and has been very good. Worked as expected until July 2026 when it shorted randomly. Started making sparking noises and stopped working.Would recommend as others haven’t lasted as long.

This microwave has done us very well, it works as intended, although it is slower than other microwaves we have used. It has a single button to enter the time which is quite annoying, but you get used to it.That being said, we are now replacing this microwave as it has broken. We bought this microwave back in August 2019. Now it beeps continuously whenever it is turned on, making it unusable.

No point me leaving at photo as it still looks brand new and I've had mine for years I've burnt out the magnetron three times now and replaced it but I love this microwave and rather than buy new one I just buy a new magnetron and fit it but I am an engineer I don't understand all these other reviews with people with rust I can only imagine that the old ones are better than the newer ones who knows maybe they just don't clean it or someone else in their family just doesn't clean it and leaves it's soaking wet you have to clean them at the end of the day it's a microwave is not a made and it does not say self-cleaning anywhere so don't be lazy and look after your microwave and I'm sure you will get years of pleasure from it😁

I’ve had this microwave over 5 years. I had to look it up because I’ve had no idea how powerful it is. 5 years! It still feels brand new! The shiny front door loves to highlight dirt and smudges but it’s so easy to clean inside and out.

Can’t complain, great price great item and I’m still using this item 4 years later

I got this microwave as part of moving into my first home. The microwave did the job in the sense of heating and didn't show any quality of taste issues to the food but sadly the door was lowered near the handle and on the first heat up a lot of steam started to leave the top of the door, after stopping it and looking inside there was a considerable amount of condensation built up inside. Probably due to the seal not working correctly on the door. I've had to return this but I think overall minus the door fault. The microwave it's self serves its purpose.
