When they say high strength they mean it. Haven't finished taking these I've actually stopped. Personally it was hard to notice a difference when taking these. The issue I had was that I always felt bloated and winded. A comment on here said similar things about putting on weight and I think that got me paranoid even more.But the bloating and wind (not to proud to admit) was something that got to me. I still have the pills but reluctant to take them again. Even one pill a day had that affect. Just a friendly warning to anyone looking to try these that you might experience the same thing.

Excellent products willl repeat purchase

I have been using maca powder from a health store for a couple of years and thought I'll try this as swallowing a pill instead seemed less hassle. My lifestyle or diet have not changed during the two months I have been taking this, nonetheless I have gone from 28" to 32" inch waist and from 32" to 36" underbust. I have quite honestly never in my life felt so bloated. The other notable change are very sudden 'thunder thighs' - I am no stick insect but have always had a thigh gap which has closed up completely. And lastly, hair loss. Like a big clump in the plug hole every single time I wash my hair. I am no novice to maca root. God knows what is in this.After 2 weeks of not taking this supplement I have now 'deflated' back to my normal size.
