I needed this for my 5 year old daughter to use at school after she broke her radius and ulna. The school were concerned about her falling in the playground once her cast was off but before the hospital had signed her off as completely healed. This sling was perfect. It is comfy and easy to put on but also substantial enough that my daughter feels happy wearing it. You can't see it from the picture but it has a nifty strap that goes around the waist, which holds the sling against the body. This means there is no danger of my daughter swinging her arm around and knocking it, and if she does fall she can't put her hand out to brace herself, which protects her bones most vulnerable spot. It is worth every penny.

Cannot recommend this sling highly enough. My daughter broke her elbow and as is now the practice given no cast just a loose thin sling. She was naturally in extreme discomfort and could not sleep or move around very much at all, even on the maximum calpol and ibuprofen dose. This sling has made all the difference, it supports the arm without dragging on her neck and offer comfortable padding. The pain relief medication has now been able to be much reduced and I am hoping once it stabilises more, done away with completely. It is comfortable enough to sleep in and she has had a good nights sleep. I am delighted with it, it fits her perfectly (age 9) and I confidently recommend it to anyone with a child needing a sling.

Bought this for my granddaughter who broke her elbow playing football it was’nt the cheapest but it did the job. Major protection due to great padding very secure when worn. A little tricky to initially put together but worth it …would recommend 😁

Well made and the fabric is confortable however very small as bought for my 10yr old Daughter and it just comes to her wrist and no further. Needed something to support her wrist so thought that given the illustrations it would come to around the beginning of her pinkie. That said I kept the item for any "just incase" moments.

Summary: Doesn't fit the purpose if you have a cast. This item will work if your arm doesn't have anything or much on it. So if you have a light splint, it's fine. If you have a full on cast, this item will not work. You can fit the cast inside (well just about) but the velcro that holds the arm will drop/release all the time. Not sure if it's the weight of the cast (plaster of Paris) or the fact that it's really bulky but the velcro will not hold that arm. Which is really bad when your arm is hurt and the velcro just keeps dropping it. The child that was using this ended up having sustain the weight if the arm by themselves. Not the purpose.

Used for my 6 year old with broken collar bone. Fabulous piece of kit, my son can manage this himself at school if he needs to take it off during to day. Gives good support and very adjustable to hold the arm high or low as you need. Once in place with the velcro attachments it is very secure. Agree instructions are not the best. The over neck strap easy enough, we don't bother with the around the waist strap and no idea from the instructions how it is supposed to be fitted. After 10 days use still seems to be wearing well.

Our daughter (6) broke her humerus and had a heavy full arm cast. This was brilliant and served its purpose perfectly. The only criticism I have is that she wore it so much the velcro lost its stick (the area by the hand). But the plaster was removed before it became a problem. Its lightweight, comfortable and a million miles better than a cotton sling. She felt safe and reassured wearing it.

Keeps forearm in excellent position. Neo is super comfortable . Reasonable price. 6 year old grandson will not take it off-he wouldn’t keep the hospital sling on and it maintained the wrist in a dependent position leading to swelling and pain initially. 100% satisfaction

Quando mio figlio si è rotto il braccio abbiamo girato mille ortopedie ma l’unica soluzione l’ho trovata con questo prodotto. L’ha usato per piu di un mese e ci ha assolutamente soddisfatto! Pratico e facilmente regolabile, imbottito per attutire i colpi e ci ha dato la possibilità di fermarlo al torace.

Es ist toll mein Sohn ist gerade 12 Jahre alt geworden. Es passt super. Zu Hause braucht das nicht, aber für die Schule und draußen ist das sehr wichtig. Das er das in Ruhe halten kann. Es drückt nicht es ist richtig bequem. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Aún no hace tres semanas que lo llevo y el velcro del cuello se despega, así que el brazo cae de golpe. Nada satisfecha..

I had a fractured tendon and this saved me. Great quality. Used it for more than 6 weeks everyday, more than 10 hours a day and it still works perfect. This is a great product for small women like me.
