Is this ok to use on neck?

I found this worked on my neck for very small tags but not for anything bigger. The skin tag bands are better for medium to large sized tags.

It does sting when used so yes a little. After use the skin tag can get inflamed and be quite painful for a few days. The elastic band method is less painful. Tagband is good. If needed again I will go back to tagband.

What is the temperature of the liquid. Is it similar to the cryo pen?

Is this liquid nitrogen?

No, the freezing liquid (‘cryogen’) is actually dimethyl ether which is an ozone friendly liquid that is less cold than liquid nitrogen. It works in the same way but is not as painful as nitrogen!
