But the effect is real - hair has noticeable extra weight and "bounce" compared to e.g. Aussie Mega Max Volume (though that does smell of coconut which I kind of miss). Long story short - this is not expensive (a little goes a long way even in this hard water area) and it has an effect that even I can notice.

Ok, so the effect of this stuff is purely cosmetic - so far no signs of hair regrowth or any of that nonsense, but who believes that anyway? But the effect is real - hair has noticeable extra weight and "bounce" compared to e.g. Aussie Mega Max Volume (though that does smell of coconut which I kind of miss). Long story short - this is not expensive (a little goes a long way even in this hard water area) and it has an effect that even I can notice.
