I love the size, it covers the back of my neck all the way to my lower back and across my shoulders. The quality is great and the pad is soft. Other reviews stated that the plug pops out, not true. It's a nice tight firm fit and won't fall out. The remote is ez to use. The pad stays nice and hot. I've been on this pad for the last half hour and the pain in my lower and mid back has disapated. This was a great buy at a great price.
