Great product for photographing small objects! Purchased for a huge lego fan and they are very pleased with it!!Easy to pop together and change the background. Love how the lights are USB powered and not reliant on batteries. They're also very bright! Pictures have been amazing!For the price it's more than worth it! Only slight cons are 1) the plastic base isn't completely flat so the lego figures can easily be knocked over but I suspect this will even out with more use. Wouldn't be a problem if what your photographing is stable.2) the foam backgrounds quickly pick up dust and will likely become marked/dirty quickly. But these can be cheaply made at home.However these minor things are not enough to stop this from being a 5 star product!Definitely recommend if you want to elevate your pictures. Professional results.

The photo tent is a very useful and easy to use product - Once you figure out how it opens!In the box you'll receive:White plastic photo tentA small drawstring bag to store it away4 coloured surfaces to attach to the tent: Red/Black/White/Green.A USB cable.Upon the first use, I felt that the tent itself was quite flimsy, folding in due to the way it was packaged, but a bit of reverse folding to even out the crease lines proved effective enough to keep the tent upright.The LED is great and very bright, making pictures stand out in the way you'd expect - a great beginner product to those looking at photographing small items.Overall, worth the money to create simple and professional photographs.

Such a simple item that produces amazing results. Back in my photography days I used to spend hours setting up studio lights and working out flash exposures when photographing small items but this is so simple it's annoying! Makes a professional photographer seem obsolete.In just a few minutes this cube can be unfolded (folding and unfolding takes a bit of getting used to) and plugged into a USB charger and that's it. Place your object in the cube using one of the background colours and a smartphone capture does what it takes a professional an hour to set up.I wanted to show my daughter the difference between a well lit and correctly exposed image using a DSLR camera as opposed to a snapshot on her iphone. Unfortunately I have to admit that unless you intend to blow the image up to poster size this simple cube with a strip of LED bulbs does the trick perfectly well.It's not going to work for complex lighting that requires control over highlights etc but for simple product shots for internet use the result is very acceptable.It's not huge but the measurements are provided so you can decide if it is big enough for what you want. A very simple solution to surprisingly good results.

I take a lot of product based photos for Instagram and needed to improve then quality of the lighting. I thought I'd try one of these small photo tents.It's a nice small pack, easy to fold away with some nice background colour options. The built in lighting is fairly bright, reducing the shadows inside the tent nicely.My issue is that there are large gaps at the back of the tent, which means you don't get a consistent background on photos. This is not the end of the world if you are then going into a photo editor, but it would be nicer if there were no gaps.

I bought one of these after reading the feedback comments, bad as well as good, and I am very pleased with it, my first ever light box.The side walls are held together by plastic poppers, not magnets (probably just as well!), and in my item the side walls stand almost straight and vertical. I don't think it would matter if they didn't, the purpose of the side walls is not to appear in your photograph but to provide structure and to keep out external light sources.The backgrounds hang from a pair of tabs on the back wall, very easy to fix and change over. There are gaps on each corner at the back of the box (showing only at the sides, the background covers the entirety of the back wall itself), but if these come in to view when you are wanting to take a picture they are easily covered with white paper or a soft fabric.The LEDs provide light from the front edge of the roof, and I have taken several very satisfactory photos already. The best thing about it is it does not matter what the English weather is doing, or whether it is day or night outside, when ready to photograph the finished item you just go ahead, any time!I imagine that much better and bigger light boxes can be obtained for a lot more money, but in terms of value for money, especially to a new user not entirely convinced of the equipment, it is definitely 5 star!

Well at that price my hopes were not high and it failed to reach even those. It is basically garbage. The inserts don't cover the holes in the back of the box. The light source isn't diffused so if you have a reflective surface, no matter how you angle it you get reflective dots all over. The box is also way to small to be of any use. So, if you want to crop every picture you take because of the holes in the back of the box and you want every reflective surface to have at least 12 light points on it, then this is for you. For normal people who want to take a good photo, you would be better with 4 sheets of A3 paper and a sheet of grease proof paper. Don't waste you money.

I bought this to take better pictures of my homemade wax melts and cupcakes...you know without having utensils and dogs and children in the background. It works perfectly and is a great size for those small items. The lighting is good, the different backgrounds are helpful but I prefer the white at the moment as it takes nicer pictures. You get what you pay for and for this price it does its job...portable, lightweight what more could you want?
