Will this dry solid or is it flexible once dry?

its fairly solid - if you press on it it has the flex of the rubber tread on a car tyre

It is a permanent waterproof sealant, seems to be for total immersion, not sure it would be the right thing, Sika-Sikaflex do other automotive sealants/adhesives that might also work.

Would this seal a car windscreen and sunroof? Water leaking into car.

Yes it will do the job but is an adhesive as well as a sealant, there are other sealants for that purpose, Sikaflex goes off quickly so more difficult to work with and once you use some the remainder goes off, unless you seal it off well, I would look for a windscreen sealant, this is used mostly for glueing on panels..

I have a wooden hot tub and want to seal the inside joint between the sides and base. Is this suitable.

Hi Mike, If the joint will be permanently immersed then I'm sorry It's not suitable. Very few single part products are. If , on the other hand it's not for underwater, it will work perfectly. Hope that helps.
