Although packet says to take with food, shouldn’t you take on an empty stomach when there is less stomach acid so more live bacteria reach intestines?

empty stomach means nothing else to ameliorate effects of acid and nothing to carry through the bacteria and nothing for them to feed off. take with food.

i would take this separately when eating, and probably when eating your yogurt. theses are not necessarily all the best bacteria to use for making yogurt.
