Does it come with the top coat or do I buy this on its own?

Unless you buy the twin pack of a colour coat marked 1 and a top coat marked 2, but if you buy a single colour then you will need to buy a separate top coat marked 2 to give the colour coat a lasting effect and a brilliant shine, once you have one bottle of top coat marked 2 you will be able to use it with whatever individual colour coat marked 1 you buy.

I know you don’t have to, but can you also use this under a uv/led lamp?

Did you ever try a UV/LED lamp with this nail varnish? For me, these nail varnishes take a very long time to dry.

Could you use the top coat as a base too?

This is technically a coloured base, so you not only don't need to but also shouldn't do that

Are the colours true to the pictures. I like the cocktail passion 032 but is it the same pink as in the picture?
