While I sent mine back as I did not need it in the end, it is a really good quality item that had been recommended to me by a friend, who says it works great for him.

Nothing wrong with the company or product, I blame UPS for bad service. Did receive product on second try Well done to the company for persevering. Would definitely recommend them.

From the reviews I was really excited for this product. Bring an eliminate of warm massage oil to my clients treatments. It doesn’t warm up no matter how long you have it on. Expensive and a waste of money. Would return if I could but I’ve already tried it out. Now to search elsewhere for one that does work. Only good thing, it arrived quickly and looks good.

I am in a massage business and it's nice to provide warm oils to the customer. I don't understand how this item can sometimes warm the oil up and other times just the bottle , the oil it will stay cold. Also, when I am using it, it feels like the bottle is leaking...a lot of oil is lost in the warmer machine. I checked the bottle when is cold and is no leaking. I even bought new bottles and it does the same, leaking somehow. I am not very happy with this purchase. I used to have a similar one bought from a professional company and it worked just fine, not like the one I bought from Amazon. I don't know what it can be wrong with this item ??

It is pricey, but I wouldn't be without it now. In the colder months I hate cold lotion after a warm shower. I have very dry skin so have to use lotion daily, and this warmer is ideal. I switch it on when I go to shower, and my lotion is a lovely temperature when I get back. It does thin the lotion but I don't feel that matters. I love my warmer!

Has been great! had it a week now and our Massage therapist are finding it great and most importantly our clients love it. It's always all about the little things that can go a long way to making the difference so this Oil heater certainly makes our massages that much better.

As a busy massage therapist it is convenient to switch on at start of business knowing that the oil will be warm to use all day. Only fits special bottle though so you will have to buy another if you want more than one oil.
