I don't know if the company or someone else designed this carton, but it's the best thing since sliced bread. Will easily go through a letterbox, so no delivery problems. I have arthritic hands and found it very easy to hold and remove required tablet(s), and remove and replace lid. I could also read the ingredients and instructions without resorting to a magnifying glass. Very good value for money. I have recently had a lot of antibiotics and painkillers and also suffer from diarrhoea, so I'm hoping to restock my gut bacteria with these broad-spectrum good bacteria. (Most cheaper-end natural yoghurts don't state which bacteria they have in them.) I started off with one a night and one in morning, and increased to two capsules after a week, since there were no adverse effects. I can't really give an objective judgment of their efficacy - my bowel movements might be more stable - but in any case I have everything to gain and nothing to lose for these easy to swallow capsules at this reasonable price.

Bit of an odd one this review as I don't actually take the product.... however saying that its my mother who takes it.. and I've seen, first hand the change in her.. it's helped her, she feels to combat her UTI's as last yr she had 17 different anti-biotics and nearly died in Dec 2017.... now she has stopped taking all her perscribed medicines and takes this and a 10mil gram cranberry table daily.. shes cut out her statins and a few other tablets.. ( and NO I'm not recommending you stop all your tablets in her case the doc had given up and said it wouldn't matter, she didn't have long anyway) ... all stopped..from being totally bed ridden in Jan 2018 ...shes now up /walking /functioning/ and we have nick named her "Lazarus".... I can't say that this product did this.. but shes has had no UTI'S this yr at all, normal body bowel movement where was constipated before.. skin improved.... so don't care how or why ... it seems to have helped her ... and that's all that counts...

These capsules seem to do what they claim, I have taken 2 a day for 4 weeks and have noticed a huge improvement. My problem was caused by antibiotics and my gut unable to recover. These capsules seem to have repopulated my gut and my stomach is almost back to normal. Tried other probiotics first that didn't work so happy with these. Be patient though at least a week before any noticeable improvement and even after 4 weeks still improving. Further update; have taken 2 capsules a day for 60 days now, definitely improved my gastric problems, would recommend trying these if you have problems.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered this brand, and they are good value for money, and I can't fault the supplier, but they just don't seem to be as effective for me as the other brand I used to use to which I will return once these are finished.

After a chronic gall bladder infection in December, And loads of antibiotics, I was left with bad diarrhoea...for 5 months. Tried every thing, but nothing worked. I highly recommend this for any tummy troubles- even if only as trial and error like me, as it could just turn out to be the exact remedy you need.

J’avais mal au ventre qui est du au collant, qui résonne sur tout min ventre et fais très mal au dos surtout pendant le sommeil j’ai suvui le conseil d’un docteur qui m’a conseillé de prendre des pro biotiques alors réussi du premier coup , je continue à prendre 1 tout les matins à jeûne . J’espère que ça peut aider des personnes soufrant des mêmes symptômes Merci

Bonjour, Je suis naturopathe depuis plusieurs années et je lis dans les commentaires des irrégularités. Le produit est en effet un bon mélange et une gélule par jour est suffisant. Mais, certaine pathologie décrite ici et avec amélioration avec se produit est impossible. N'oubliez-pas que 80 % des maladies sont des somatisations... Bon courage à vous !
