Ive started doing HIIT and weight training 5 days a week for the past month and seen a lot of results on my body. After reading the clinical trials; seeing how they work, side effects, results, how long you can take them for etc, I started taking the maximum daily dose of 6 capsules a day for one month on top of my fitness to try push my fat loss and I didn’t notice a single drop in my body fat at all or any change to my body. For the price of these you could just buy a month gym membership and get infinitely better results. Honestly these don’t work at all don’t waste your money thinking you’ll get a better body taking these. There are actually a lot of links to diabetes from the clinical trial.

Decent product if your wanting to add fatty acids to your diet, they aren't a miracle pill but they do help your weight loss if used with a good clean diet
