Plantronics U10P 27190-01 Cable, Black

Bought for my workplace, and works really well. Would like to purchase a couple more please.

It does exactly what it should. just wish all phone manufacturers would talk to each other and come up with a standard so all headsets would fit all phones/systems? But then it would be nice if all car manufacturers standardised and put all the controls/switches in the same place around the driver! Wouldn't that be great, go from car to car and know where everything was immediately! Come to think of it, what about TV/audio etc. remote controls, why not have the basic functions layout standardised so every remote handles the same, especially the off button! Came across this one recently while laying a new floor, did you know that wooden particle board flooring panels/sheets don't have a standard joint profile, every manufacturer is different!All a tall order I know, bit like expecting politicians to admit they are not always right or accept responsibility for their actions or even to agree with each other once in a while especially if they are not going to benefit themselves!!

Unfortunately this adapter cable is not compatable beween an AVAYA 9611G and a Plantronics Headset.If you look closely at the wire colours in the plugs (original is the thinner wire) you can see the different coloured wire positioning.I could hear on the headset but the mic was not working.I will return it and keep searching

Its a cable. It has a connector. It works with Plantronics EncorePro HW301. So I'm happy.Its hard to get excited about it, other than it has a new connector. Plantronics have changed that so you need to buy a new one when you replace a two year old headset.The guidance as to what fits what is now very confusing Why, Plantronics, Why?

Bought this for an Avaya phone system, but it did not work with the Plantronics headset that was purchased at the same time - used another existing cable in the business which was OK, so unsure of there is a different cable that should have been purchased. Unable to confirm if the product was faulty or not, but giving the benefit of the doubt and saying that it may not just be compatible. Item arrived ok, in time and not damaged, so cant really fault that aspect.

I ordered this as mine was damaged. I had no idea if the cable would be compatible. My headset was given to me as a favour but I had no idea of what make it was. The cable fitted perfectly and my headset has been restored. Thanks for the detailed photos on the website I was able to order the correct cable. The sound quality is excellent.

Prompt delivery. I found it more difficult than expected to decide which cable to order, and placed the order with a bit of guess and faith. It was the right one to connect my BT phone and headset.

Unfortunately not compatible with the phone so had to return
