Why is the roast strength not on the label of the Colombia Blend?

Please look at the front label - it says Strength 3 - Medium Roast.

When the coffee is freshly roasted, it's immediately poured into the bag and then sealed with a one-way valve, so that the natural gases degas over 36 hours to trap in the freshness. Some bags are filled with more roasted coffee aroma than others, so it's absolutely fine and a sign that the coffee is as fresh as it gets. Actually, when you open it, it's worth having a good sniff as the aroma is to die for!

Usually what is the time frame between beans rosted and sold?

We received absolutely freshly roasted coffee direct from the roastery with inventory that lasts approx a month, so normally any Brown Bear Coffee you buy has been roasted that month. We get great reviews for Brown Bear Coffee.

What strength is brown bear blue mountain medium beans

From what I remember it was medium strength but slightly bitter with a slight acid metallic taste. not a bad coffee but will find better at this price. If you are after an every day nicely priced coffee I would recommend Hampshire Coffee Co - House Blend No 1 which is on Amazon which is medium but smooth for this price range..
