Livingware Winter Frost White 10-1/4" Divided Dinner Plate, 1 Pack

I have now ordered 4 of these plates as Im so impressed with them. The product quality is great, the plates being light weight but strong. The separate sections are great as it keeps different food types apart and has aided me with portion control. I would recommend these to anyone on a diet or sensible eating regime as it makes you realise that you do not need to pile your plate up to feel full. The service I received from the supplier was second to none in respect of both delivery and e-mail communication. The plates were extremely well packed in very thick bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit and delivery time from the point i ordered was amazing. I highly recommend both the product and the supplier.

This product deserves a 5 star rating! The rice is measured in a small cup which is just right for one of the smaller sections, any meat goes into the other, and vegetables end up in the largest area. I am very happy because this method works very well for me for I lost 700 grams in two weeks. I will continue doing this for as long as I can, and hopefully weight reduction will carry on at the same rate. I believe that this product is cleverly designed to help overweight persons control the amount of food that they eat. I will recommend it to my friends.

I've wanted a plain white divided plate for ages, mainly to help with portion control and to assuage minor OCD issues in relation to food mixing... LOL! As I'm following Slimming World these are excellent for encouraging a good balance in meal components. Plates are light but seem sturdy enough - have no intention testing whether they break when dropped! So far very happy with these.

Exactly like it says on the tin !!! It does look plastic though - but isn't . Good quality and feels tough . It came with no instructions but I think it's pretty self explanatory though a colleague ( I had it delivered to work) did comment that you could pile your carbs like Jenga bricks in the carbohydrate section .....

VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT. I BOUGHT THE 26CM AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS AS THE SMALLER ONE WOULD BE WAY TOO SMALL. A GREAT IDEA IF YOU WANT TO SEE JUST HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD BE EATING. I TEND TO PILE THE PLATE HIGH BUT THIS PLATE LETS YOU SEE JUST WHAT A NORMAL PORTION SIZE IS. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. ALSO, THE RAISED BITS BETWEEN EACH PORTION STOPS THE FOOD FROM FALLING INTO THE OTHER SECTIONS. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Service was excellent and quick, plate good quality but dont like the plate so waste of money, flat plate marked out is much better as obviously you can can get loads of veg on this plate and the part forcarbs is ok but you can hardly get any protein in the small bit and because its raised ridges I used more gravy as felt had to some on every section so another useless item that will sit in cupboard for months then go to charity shop!

Arrived chipped. Very disappointed. Also, why ask for a broken plate to posted back before you will refund? I have photos. Seems unnecessary gate keeping to refunding a defective item.

I have used the plate a few times and i can see that i am not eating quite as much as before.The only thing i would say is that it would have been better if the plate had some instructions with it, like what food groups go in what sectionsIn saying that i would still rather pay the price for this one than the actual diet plate set, just as good

The plate is very thin and feels like it will snap in half like cheap brittle plastic. Even the sounds of the utensils eating off it is a turn off as it's so thin. Paid $28 with shipping. More of a dollar store quality. Bought as a gift so not able to return. Very disappointed.

This was exactly what I was looking for and the price was excellent I needed a good plate for portion control ,I did not want anything plastic.

I have a bad tendency to pile on food and use several bowls per meal. Lately I've been having issues with indigestion, so I decided to look for a portion control divided plate. However, I noticed most of the available divided plates on Amazon are made of rainbow colored plastic like the ones you would use at your aunt and uncle's backyard bbq. I wanted something classier and ceramic-looking and also something that was microwave safe, and this was basically the only option.First off, I am a vegetarian and I've been living on half a plate of rice and half beans. I decided I wanted to go smaller on the rice and at least half of the plate vegetables. This plate has a great visual guideline to keep me in check! Now I fill the largest part with greens, and use the other sections for other sides. I can also minimize the amount of dishes I have to wash, which is great. I'm a small person, but since I primarily eat veggies, this is a perfect sized plate for all my meals. Now if someone were to eat meals involving meat and fish, I can see how someone of my stature might find this plate a bit too large. There's a smaller 8 inch dish that I would even consider buying as well. However, this is an all around great plate.It's a plain design, but it looks nice. I definitely don't get a styrofoam bbq party plate or a school cafeteria feel. I haven't tested the break resistance factor, and I'm a bit too scared to test it out. I also hand wash all my dishes, but I don't see why this wouldn't work in a dishwasher.Anyway, this is a great plate, and it has really helped me not eat more than I can handle. I'm done feeling like I have to throw up after my meals!
