I recently had some work done inside my house, and I was looking for a solution to stick some cable to a skirting board without having to tack it down, and came across this. I was looking for this colour to match the wood, as I didn't want it to be too obvious that there was a lot of sticky tape all over the place.First impressions are it's well packaged, and easy to tear to fit it to whatever size you need. The tape itself is very sticky and durable, and I don't have any concerns that it will peel off or degrade over time. To route my cable, I simply stuck it to one side of the tape the whole way along, then ran a craft knife to cut to size. Might not be the most economic method, but it left no overhang with the tape & it's nice and tidy.Due to the adhesiveness of this tape, I'd say it's pretty versatile and I can see it having plenty of DIY uses.

Good quality double sided tape, I use this a lot and would recommend for a variety of tasks. Don't waste you money on the really cheap stuff, this works well, is a good price and as good as any I've tried in the past.This time I've used it for carpet tiles into a previously tiles floor, works well, sticks them down firmly but equally tape can be removed relatively easily if required, it doesn't break up and seems to stay in one piece allowing it to be carefully peeled up if needed.

At the top of landing was a carpet would not stay still, so I made a union jack pattern of this at the bottom, and so far it's not moved.At the bottom of the stairs, I also got a smaller rubber back matt; however, after 1month of use, just two strips was not enough; it started to move. So while it's stick and easy to use, I will apply again more than I would think to keep in position. So keep in mind when using, use more than you think. Product is excellent enough and suitable for most applications.

Very sticky just as it should be. Useful for all sorts jobs not just carpets. For the amount you get it is a fraction of the cost of the stationary type double sided tape.I used it to secure 5 offcut carpet pieces to my garage floor.Just remember that like all adhesive tape it will leave a sticky mess behind when removed. Also the surfaces must be dust and grease/wax free to work.Personally I would NOT use it to secure a rug to a carpet to stop it 'walking' as it is likely to spoil the carpet.

Simply put; this tape is easy.Has serrated edges so you can tear it easily (since it is a plastic based tape).It's very strong; just by sticking it to your fingers accidentally you can feel a stick that is stronger than expected.I use to stick a mat onto a carpet. It's strong enough to grip the new and fluffy carpet and the underside of the mat (a surface not suited to sticking to things).If you need something sticking to something; I recommend this. Mats to carpet. Carpet to floor. Those rugs in front of fireplaces that keep creeping up into the fireplace!This is a brilliantly simple product that seems to work brilliantly.

I got this as a part of my bed bug war. It's easy to use and it sticks to surfaces fine but the exposed surface that I was hoping would trap bugs is barely sticky to the touch.If you want to stick two light things together it's a fine product. Probably wouldn't hold something heavier.3 stare because it's an average product and I don't just throw stars around like most people.

The lounge is home to a 2m by 3m rug that sits on top of a short pile fitted carpet. The recent addition of a relatively heavy coffee table worsened the tendency of the rug to move about.The end result was that the rug became quite dangerous and it was essential to come up with a solution - or simply get rid of the rug.There's a number of sticky pads, tapes and other devices listed on the Amazon site but many of the reviews were negative or inconclusive. My final decision was to try out this tape and see what happened. We ended up putting a couple of strips towards the edge of the long side and a couple of strips along each of the short sides.That was a couple of weeks ago and, so far, the rug has behaved perfectly!

I do a lot of packaging currently as I am selling produce online and I needed a strong sticky tape to use on packaging and boxes. This tape is definitely strong and adhesion is okay. There’s slight problem with adhesion to some slightly dusty surfaces, where normal scotch tape would stick, this one won’t. But overall it is a good product.
