I first bought this Q10 at the end of April and recently bought some more because it has made a big difference to my energy levels. I was suffering from post viral fatigue and really struggling so I decided to try out Q10. This brand was recommended to me as they are a UK based company and the 'food state' is naturally occurring. I was advised by our local pharmacist ( at my annual medicines review) that Q10 takes a while to work. Well it was worth the wait. I am back to my normal energy levels now - can exercise, am not exhausted by just having conversations with a group of people and am feeling great. So I would say - give this brand of Q10 a try. It worked for me & it might work for you.

I have fished around with CoQ10 for a while now, and in terms of cost to quality ratio, Innopure is the best CoQ10 I have found online so far. I have been taking high doses (400mg) for about 2 years. It is always difficult to objectively evaluate the efficacy of any supplement, but I think it is worth mentioning I am feeling the desired effect from half the dose I usually take (i.e. 200mg). Additionally it is refreshing to see gelatin-free capsules as these tend to be more reflective of good manufacturing standards and often contain less impurities than their counterparts. Overall I would recommend giving this product a go if you are already taking CoQ10. Definitely a better purchase than the equivalent in Holland and Barrett. That said, I hope the phrase "introductory offer" is no more than a marketing tool as £30.00 or there abouts for 90 capsules would be unreasonable. As is stands this is a top product and I will personally be continuing to order it. For those of you interested in P&P, the item is well sealed, well packaged and delivered quickly. I have purchase these to help with low energy, to improve immune system and cardiovascular system of my mum as she has lung and energy issues. Wow so far great results and it has been days. Easy to swallow. I wanted a product that was free from wheat yeast and dairy these fit the bill. Really please with the customer service the commitment to get this high quality product to me as fast as possible and little extra touch of information with the product greatly appreciated. Amazing product - I have now been using these for about 3 days and I can already see a difference in my energy levels. my mum who is 80 is also using then and she has been able to do more each day. Easy to swallow and I have noticed that I can do more when training too, recovery from intense exercise is quicker. I will defiantly be using this product again and will be looking to purchase from this supplier for other products too as I am so impressed with this one.

Co enzyme 10 is essential for a healthy heart and as I am of a certain age of 62, my body does not produce enough, I take this product as it increases my energy and general wellbeing, this is not scientific I appreciate, but I feel much better when i take it, less muscle fatigue also I noticed that I have not had a cold since taking it regularly. The key seems to be to take it regularly. There is good research to show the importance of co enzyme 10 for the body in addition to this personal review.

Wow! A product that actually works. Im 47 years old, work nights and train at a gym 3-4 times a week. No matter what amount of healthy food I consumed I was always flagging in the energy department. I didnt want to use energy drinks for a short burst of energy. Then I discovered Innopure co enzyme Q10!!. I have just finished my first bottle. After a few weeks I suddenly realised I wasn't tired anymore?. No cat naps needed, less time sat around at home, longer training sessions in the gym and much better positive thinking!. l feel like im in my late 20's again!. After going rock climbing for the first time in years at my local centre because of a shoulder injury - still gibing me jib- I noticed how quickly I burned out and quickly started looking for a solution. I had heard of lactate or lactic acid before and am very familiar with muscle burn and being pumped to the point where your arms feel like they are going to fall off ( not good in climbing). I heard about ATP, the human's energy unit and how increased demand your body produces a proton or hydrogen ion, As the protons increase in number they come into contact with nerves near the muscles, creating the sensation known as muscle burn. As you continue to work your muscles, you use more ATP, producing protons and increasing the acid in the muscles.The more hydrogen the lower the pH (more acidic) causign this muscle burn sensation and fatige( burn out). This seems to be the popular belief at the moment though so I am experimenting with CoQ10, Vitamin B complex and creatine along with working hard to increase my mitochondira naturaly. One thing that impressed me about innopure is that everything is nicely packaged and contains a informative leaflet inside showing the free from artificial colours etc...produced via a fermentation process using natural food source and so does not contain the impurities that synthetically processed CoQ10 does. So that tells me they put great care and attention into the production of their products. It is vegan and vegetarian society approved so they are usually pretty strict about what goes into the products they consume. I don't believe in supplements as a substitute for a healthy diet and exercise routine but I do feel that if you are struggling to get these naturally from food sources supplementing is a cost effective way for me to hopefully give me that edge in my performance if only for the psychological edge it gives me as well as the enjoyment it gives me researching into the human's body functioning for better health and well being.

Product is good , it’s part of subscribe and save order , this delivery the packaging was very bad , box ripped significantly and items left to roll around , I was surprised it was all still in box . I will say it’s not normally this bad. I did take photos of the state of box etc

After buying different supplements from Innopure before, I would not purchase from elsewhere. - unless they did not stock what I was looking for. I have bought Co-Enzyme Q10 as with research have found that this supplement can also be helpful for reducing high blood pressure. Only time will tell whether I find any difference. But I must say , I do feel better in myself. As I understand it, they are very good for upping energy levels, so maybe this is why. I think Innopure are an excellent company, selling first rate products, at a very good price. In fact, I went on holiday recently, taking my high dose Vitamin D with me, as they have made such a difference. On arrival home, found that I had left them behind. I was on-line immediately to order more as I know how good they for me. So! I think that must be a good recommendation in itself,
