Has anyone tried this while doing squats

Yeah it’s easy. I tried doing it whilst doing bench press and poured it over my face though, watch out!

I cannot find a list of ingedients anywhere, can someone advise?

It contains: undenatured whey protein concentrate 82x (milk, soya lecithin). Flavouring (vanilla), xanthan gum, colouring (beta carotene), sweetener (sucralose), soya lecithin. Copied this from the back of the pack. Hope it helps

how many serving is there?

I weighed the scoop 4/5 times. A scoop is pretty much bang on 25g, not 30g.
