Smooth Chocolate takes like Nesquik!
I have purchased both the vanilla and the smooth chocolate flavours.I mix my shakes with water as suggested for best weight loss effects.The powders mix easily with the water!The vanilla flavour is drinkable! It’s not the best flavour in the world, but I have had my different brands and this was the best quality.The smooth chocolate is INCREDIBLE!! It tastes just like a chocolate milkshake, even when mixed with water!I have been using the shakes for approx a week, and I have no yet lost any weight which is a downside. I have been tracking my food on my fitness pal, and so hopefully I’ll start to lose weight soon!I 100% recommend the smooth chocolate flavour to anyone!

It’s okay. Mixes well with water or milk and in foods such as porridge, but it is sickly sweet.Nice and low on calories per serving for the amount of protein.
