It's a good thing, but you'll have to stop using it too
The best and only way for me to quit smoking. I quit over a year ago. At first I vaporized twice, now I vaporize once, it's cheaper. In any case, it's better than tar in my lungs.

Brilliant
Brilliant stop smoking aid. I went from 40 a day to zero using these sprays. Great taste and very effective. They get rid of cravings instantly. Great if you are flying or in a no smoking environment for any period of time.

Reduces nicotine cravings
Not the first time I've used this product. I purchased this to help me reduce smoking with a view to quit altogether. It helps with the nicotine cravings by giving a very quick hit. I've been able to cut out a couple of smokes a day. It's a convenient size to slip in a pocket and can be operated one handed. Make sure you give it a shake and prime it properly before first use. I'm one of the people who are prone to hiccups as a result of using the spray. I've found taking a breath before spraying under the tongue and then immediately exhaling helps with that. Not sure what about it triggers the hiccups, but doing the above means it's a rarity. Delivery was great and the price is fantastic. The local chemist charges around £10 more for a twin pack like this. Great if you get stuck in meetings you can't walk out of to go for a smoke.

Great stop smoking aid
I have used these for a while and found the Amazon price was cheaper than the high street which is great. Arrived on time, as described and well packed. These work well to stop craving but heavy use causes hiccups so watch out. Other than that,no issues at all.

Tastes nice, probably more addictive than cigarettes
Better taste than any other nicotine replacement brands I've used. Problem is, it's just as addictive as cigarettes - maybe even more so, because it doesn't create a haze of foul smoke around you so it's less offensive to others, which means you use it a lot more often. I know I'm utterly addicted to the stuff but it's kept me off cigarettes/tobacco for the past 3 years, so I don't really mind. Can be pricey but at times the price comes right down and that's the time to stock up (particularly in January). Sometimes the 6-packs work out better value than the twin packs. Subscribe & Save helps keep prices a little lower.

Highly addictive
I came here to warn others about how addictive this product is and then saw that several other reviewers have beat me to it. There has been a whisper of it on the internet for some years but now fortunately it's becoming louder. Avoid this one at all costs. Yes it's effective, yes it's convenient - but it's too convenient. We live in a world where most of the time you can't always smoke and to do so might take some effort - go outside, put a coat on, find somewhere to smoke etc; Plus smoking a cigarette takes a few minutes. This stuff takes you a mere couple of seconds to use. I had one in my hand for nearly 6 years. I slept holding it. Ok so for some people, they can use it for a limited time only and then come off it - but a LOT of people can't. My nicotine consumption went through the roof and I was using up one spray over 2 days. Twice in 6 years I actually had to start smoking again to wean myself off of this stuff and still I craved the spray. The amount of nicotine I was using and the cost was way, way more than smoking. This was the worst addiction I've ever had and yes I lied about how much I was using and what it cost. My family became very aware that if I was without spray at any time I was going to be completely impossible to live with. They would check how much I had left and encourage me to go get more before I ran out, so bad would be the mood swings, the crying, anxiety, temper. Don't do it. Use something that isn't too convenient, where the nicotine takes a while to kick in, where it takes a while to get the buzz you seek - and very importantly, you can cut down your use progressively. With most NRT products it is possible to wean yourself off by decreasing use; You can bite gum in half, cut lozenges, cut some patches etc. This spray is going to deliver the same amount of nicotine each time and you are going to have to use pure willpower to not take another spray soon after. I got off it by using lozenges, as another reviewer has said. It was an interesting few days where I felt absolutely horrendous but I did it this time and I'm not going back. A lozenge is in your mouth for some time which is a comfort and you feel like you have more control of how much you use. I have set myself a limit of one per hour and have come to a point where I can go a couple of hours without feeling like I need one. My constant 24/7 panic is starting to subside. My nicotine usage was extremely high and this is going to take some time but I feel like I'm back in control. I can use lozenges with a lower dosage and bite or cut them in half as time goes on. Getting off them is completely doable. It takes me a few seconds to decide whether or not I really need one/want one and in that time I could've sprayed Quickmist in my mouth twice already. By the grace of God I've escaped this one at last! If you're thinking about quitting with this please choose something else.
