Great value but beware they are really nice and very addictive you will be having loads more nicotine than smoking. Personally I found it easy to stop smoking with these free from chemist for 2 weeks on a stop smoking trial, and when my two weeks was up I found the Fruit Fusion flavour and have been chewing them for the last 25 years. Good alternative to smoking

Helped me quit vaping. Used these for about 2 weeks, moved down to 2mg for another 2 weeks then regular gum for a week. Now finally smoke/vape/gum free! The fruit ones taste pretty good but lose the flavour quite quickly. The mint ones seem to last a bit longer which is good if you're trying to cut down as you'll be getting less nicotine

I bought many packs of this type and I must say that the gum is relatively tasty and the nicotine is not so strong in taste, I bought several boxes, and I started with the gum 3 months ago and today I am free from cigarettes and have smoked for 50 days, it really helps and is very cheap and saves me a lot of money that I spent on cigarettes and I too I can breathe better, before the gums I used to smoke 10 cigarettes and within a few days I reduced the amount to 2 cigarettes until I stopped completely, I recommend to anyone who wants to stop smoking cigarettes or electronic cigarettes. The flavour is not as good as it once was. Its slightly smaller in size. When you have had it before it had much more flavour now the bitter taste of nicotine comes through for me its not going to be something i will buy again
