The colours are vibrant and very easy to apply on your creations. Good quality pens. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Portrait using the watercolour pencils *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 August 2026* Love these pencils. Great colours, which can be mixed. Gives greater control for finer detail. Not cheap but worth the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Interesting paint pencils *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 March 2024* They are good as a colour pencil, it's a bit more difficult using them as painting pencils. You need to think about wetting either the pencil or the paper and if you go the paper route, where, exactly, you want the paint to bleed to. Wetting the pencil is more easily controlled, but a nuisance having to keep wetting the pencil. ## Frequently Bought Together - Derwent Academy Watercolor Pencils, 3.3mm Core, Metal Tin, 24 Count (2301942) - Strathmore 300 Series Watercolor Paper Pad, Tape Bound, 11x15 inches, 12 Sheets (140lb/300g) - Artist Paper for Adults and Students - Watercolors, Mixed Media, Markers and Art Journaling --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/47890347-derwent-academy-watercolour-pencils-for-drawing-and-painting-tin-24](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/47890347-derwent-academy-watercolour-pencils-for-drawing-and-painting-tin-24) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
