Set my heart condition off. I was buzzing with energy and I only had half a teaspoon of it. I had it 1st thing in the morning but that energy boost was immense. You could feel it all over your body. I have had insomnia and even had a vitamin b12 pill keep me awake so I thought this was going to. Especially since my body was buzzing with energy and even giving me rushes till late in the evening but then I just crashed and felt more tired than normal and actually got a decent night sleep. Definitely does what it says. My wife uses it now. She can have a tablespoon full and be ok. Not completely buzzing like I was but it keeps her going brilliantly through the day. And she loved reading about all the other benefits. I'm just sensitive to it I think. I think I'm sensitive to most stimulants. I had a vitamin b12 and a separate vitamin b6 at the same time about a year ago and I was even a little buzzing with energy from that.
