Discrete and comfortable with good sound
I have used a previous version of these earbuds that were bigger in size and remembered them fitting my ears perfectly so i bought them as disposable/beater headphones and have used them until now when they have started to break to the point where they are difficult to use. This isn't as much of a problem as you think it is Especially when you consider how much I've used them. The quality of the earbuds doesn't feel cheap but its obvious you didn't pay a lot for them however the low price is one of the main selling points for roughly £8 (at the time of the review) a pair as a result I'm not complaining. The size of the buds is incredibly small they practically disappear into your ears and in my case fit perfectly this makes them great if you want to wear them under a hat as they wont stick out this also makes them excellent for sleeping in as it doesn't poke you if they sink into your ear like me. The sound of these earbuds are as described "powerful sound" being a pseudonym for having a lot of bass this can be jarring at first if your used to earbuds that are more flat sounding or some kind of reference headphones however they still sound good despite this if you like bass or music with a lot of bass it will sound good. The only down side is the fact that they earbuds (like every other pair) will break eventually in my case the jack began to break and wouldn't fully provide as much volume to one ear at first and then began to only work at one angle. HOWEVER this is after roughly 3 months of constant use (since October 2022) they were my daily earbuds that would see constant use only given a break when I'm sleeping as a result they were probably used more than the average person would due to this yours will definitely last longer than my pair.Overall they are great value for money and should last a while I highly recommend them if your using them as a backup or just need a cheap pair of earbuds.

Unbeatable Price to Performance Ratio
I just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of positive reviews. I have been using this model of earphones for at least the last 5 years, and i consider them by far the best available in this price bracket. The sound is hard to fault (i find it generally improves after areound 20 hours of wearing in), the fit is wonderful - these are the only earbuds i've ever had that i can comfortably wear while lying down (even on my side with my ear against the pillow), and i've always found them to be pretty durable.I discovered these while working my way through all different types of cheap (and some more expensive) earphones available on Amazon. My primary complaint with other earbuds was always that the cables would fail around the joint with the 3.5mm jack. This was obviously due to my use case which involved wearing them all day while on my feet, reaching and stretching, and pulling my phone out of my pocket frequently (which twists the cable up a lot). I have had a few cable failures with these Panasonics, but only after at least 4 - 6 months of hard use, which seems reasonable to me. Other no-name brands in this price bracket would often start to go after 1 month or less.I do find that the silicone earbuds get pulled off and lost from time to time, which usually necessitates a replacement (i find the alternative sizes they supply are a little uncomfortable), but this is not something that i can fault the product for.At this price i can keep a spare pair in my car, at work, and in my travel bag, so i'm never without them. There may well be better earphones available if you want to spend more money, and are not planning to subject them to hard use. However if you're after a cheap, replaceable set of earphones that are still good quality - these are absolutely unbeatable.

Nice general usage headphones
As you will see by my previous reviews I am gradually reviewing the low budget headphones. These produce good sound from a variety of music types. You can hear all the elements of your music (mid, treble & bass) with these headphones. The quality is good but I wouldn't say these are spectacular. For example the bass is there and for most music it is perfectly good but on the track I used for testing it lacked a bit of definition (depth and rumble). To be fair though, that sort of definition comes in on headphones £40+ so these £7 set of headphones which are punching way above their weight and I am being picky. The volume is good so there is no need to have your music set as the maximum just to hear it.The buds are very light and fit in the ear ok (I can see running with these maybe an issue as they will fall out occasionally). Because the fit is a little bit loose the noise canceling effect for these type of headphones is not as good as others. The build quality is represented by the price, this is a no frills design. The cable is thin and stiff. for example it still has a kink from how it was wrapped in the manufacturers packaging. With this in mind I don't hold much hope that these will last a year, but so far so good. The two tone plastic is meant to add to the aesthetic look but I think these would look better all one colour.OverallEven though there were some negatives, I think that for the price these headphones are an absolute bargain. They produce a quality of sound which is not usually found in this price bracket. Go for it, you wont be disappointed.Headphones are one bit of technology which is highly personal. It appears that one persons "awesome" is another's "total £$%£". I feel this is partly due to music taste as I can see some headphones are suited for a particular music type rather than all round performance.I personally have a wide music taste ranging from Dubstep, Classical, Punk, rock, Ska, Pop to Acoustic so my requirements for headphones are that they are all round performers. My headphones have experienced death by kitten after 2+ years of use. Unfortunately, they were very good headphones which are now obsolete. So it has a been a trial by "Nails on a chalk board" finding alternatives on a tight budget. So I have decided to review all my recent headphone purchases to hopefully help others avoid my audio pain.To ensure fairness I used the same track to test all the headphones which is Versus official music vol. 1 because it covers Bass, Mid range and Treble.

Suprisingly good
These have very good sound quality compared to my (more expensive) Galaxy buds and HyperX headphones. I will say that they are a bit too heavy on bass for my preferences. They also fit well, and when you lie on your side they don't hurt your ear unlike most ear buds. The actual wire is a bit thin and flimsy, but acceptable.

Good quality sound, but jack only works with PC - NOT mobile.
I have always bought Panasonic earbuds and recently upgraded to the Panasonic RP-HJE125-K. They are fine for quality, but only work with my PC, as they keep losing their jack connection in my mobile. My previous Panasonic earbuds still work and connect perfectly to both my PC and mobile, so I am using them for my mobile and the new earbuds on my PC.Visually, the jack on the new Panasonic RP-HJE125-K earbuds looks exactly the same as the previous, (mobile connecting), earbud jack, but something must be different. So, check your new Panasonic RP-HJE125-K earbuds connection in all devices, as soon as you get it, particularly ones that move about while you listen.

Excellent Sound and Comfort
The wide frequency response of these quality earphones is evident in their excellent sound quality, from deep base through to high end tings and pings - all are faithfully reproduced. Also, the ergonomic design makes them comfortable to wear for long periods as they fit snugly within the ear. For me, the middle sized buds work best in terms of comfort and for providing a tight seal that enhances sound quality. Furthermore, the substantial lead is a joy because it resists getting tangled!... I have no hesitation in recommending these splendid, great value Panasonic earphones.

Cheap and Cheerful
These earphones are very good value for money - they sound good, are comfortable and are durable.Let me compare these to my previous headphone, the HAFX1X by JVC (which are over double the price):- The sound is a little bassy, but that's not a problem for me as I use these mainly for watching videos and the like, for which they are perfect. The HAFX1Xs do sound better, but not by a huge leap - to most they will be more than sufficient (I can't mark it down on this solely due to the price they are).- These earphones are very light and comfortable, which is nice as I was used to the heavy body of the HAFX1Xs- My previous HAFX1Xs broke after a months use. The problem? The 3.5mm connector sticks straight out, and with use this will eventually lead to the sound becoming distorted due to internal cable wear. These headphones have a 90 degree connector, which means less stress will be placed on the 3.5mm jack, which means that distortion is much less of a worry. I had a previous pair of these panasonics last 1.5 years of heavy use and abuse without any problems, which is incredible seeing as they only cost around a fiver. Even my current pair aren't showing any sign of distortion (but that is only after 2 months). So, all in all these are great earphones for the money. You can't really go wrong with them!

Good Sound Quality, Poor Build Quality
EDIT: My original review is below. After further use I have come to realise that the sound quality is superior to earphones twice the price, it has noticeably better bass than the earphones I mentioned in my original review, for instance. There are some other Issues that I have also noticed. The jack itself is poor quality and fiddling with it causes distortion in the earphones themselves, moving the jack around can change the volume in either ear as well. This, along with the uncomfortable ear buds, weakens the product somewhat but if you can get past (or solve) the ear discomfort and not be bothered by occasional 'fuzzing' then I fully recommend these earphones. For this price, you can't do better. In terms of sound quality these earphones are perfectly fine. I have no complaints, but then again I am no audiophile. I spent around £5.70 (not including shipping) on these and for that price I'm pleased that there are no issues in that regard. That being said, with shipping costs the total was closer to £10 so if you can avoid shipping costs through a large enough order, or Prime, then perhaps consider splashing out and getting something a few £s better than this pair.My main issue with these earphones is that the provided ear buds are rather uncomfortable even after only a few minutes. I've never had an issue with earphones irritating my ears before so I wouldn't say this is entirely my ears' fault. The rubbery material used is either too rigid, too 'grippy' or both, I'm not sure. Luckily my old (broken) Creative EP-630 Noise Isolating Earphones - Black had spare buds that fit nicely onto the Panasonic 'phones. For such a low price I can't punish them too hard, the sound quality doesn't suffer from the earphone's cheapness. However, looking at the current prices of the Creative EP-630's I mentioned earlier, if you are able to avoid paying shipping consider opting for them. They are also around the £10 mark (as these Panasonics are with shipping included) and are noticeably more comfortable to use. Admittedly this may sound like bogus mental gymnastics - you wouldn't be wrong about that - but it's something to consider. A reward for avoiding shipping fees, perhaps.

Great, Inexpensive Earbuds that I Hope Never Go Out of Production
So I've read a few reviews that claim these (RP-HJE125E-K) have better sound quality than the RP-HJE120-K.The difference in price is about $3 for the non mic versions.I've been using Panasonic earbuds for a long, long, long time due to their seal, comfort, and price. These aren't the best earbuds ever, but for $13 bucks they absolutely "do the thing". They aren't insanely bass heavy like Beats (which suck), they've been around forever, they sound good, and they're inexpensive.I think these, or the RP-HJE120-K are the best audio deal you can find. Add a dongle : ( for newer phones and it's a no brainer.Plus, they never run out of batteries.

Prezzo ridicolo, prodotto incredibile!
