Minky 3 Tier Plus Clothes Airer, Silver

(Written by Brenda's husband.) When we married and set up our original home together almost 50 years ago we bought our first clothes airer. This served us well over the years until a week or so ago when it finally died of metal fatigue! Amazon offered a vast range of types and sizes and the choice seemed endless. We looked for something similar to our previous ('old faithful') with the hope of something approaching the same quality. There were many that looked the part but somehow looked a lot flimsier in construction. Rather than go to the cheap end of the market for something that might only last a couple of years, we went instead to the higher end and settled for this model. When it arrived a day later we were not disappointed. Well made and slightly larger than our previous one it is more than sufficient for our present needs. As usual, the instructions were not brilliant but we quickly worked out how to open it up without it collapsing and how the coat hanger extensions unlocked. If you want something that will last, is sturdy but is twice the price of cheaper models and oozes quality, do not hesitate because it is most unlikely that you will want to send it back.

This is very good as lots of storage space and wide rungs so even thick coats can be easlrely dryed on this rack it as 4 extra pull out grips to hang hangers on for shirts and jackets a must when washing lots of tops t/ shirts school shirts light wiat and easy to fold when not need so yes this was a good buy

The item is actually very good; no issues in that regard. The problem is that it’s poorly packaged and arrived in a thin see through plastic that had obviously ripped in multiple places during transit. The exposed areas were scraped and dirty.If they packaged this item properly, it would be 5 stars

Its stands tall, its stronger than my other one, that lasted 17yrs, so i hope there are many more years to come with this.there are more bars & those little blue things on the edge are a great help.

Very easy to assemble and durable, though I haven’t put it out to see it won’t be blown away by the wind

This is a steady dryer that can hold a lot of clothes without danger of falling over. It is around five feet in height but takes up little space when folded down. The reason for four stars is because one of the hanger things on the end does not click when shut as the part that goes in the hole has broken off. Also, there were a few scuff marks on the frame.
