As my knowledge about production methods has increased, I can now say that this is low end tequila. For the equivalent price, you are much better off buying Olmeca Altos Reposado, which is still produced the traditional way, cooked in a brick oven to get the smokiness, crushed and ground manually with a massive stone wheel, then distilled in a copper pot still. All my opinion, of course, but experience led. Salud. I personally do not like my Blue Weber Agave, "cooked" by acid. I personally prefer my Blue Weber Agave to be cooked in an oven.
