What strength can this be considered on the active + scale?

Oscar I honestly have no idea, all I can tell you is that is does the job well. And better still, I have two that haven't been opened and are therefore still sterile, only needed part of the first tube to fix the problem :)

It this meant to sting please when I put it on my bad leg it stung for a good 10 minuted! Thanks in advance

If the burning and stinging persists after 5-10 minutes, the Active Manuka Honey must be removed from the wound and can be replaced with Regular Manuka Honey. The Regular Manuka Honey should not burn and sting at all when applied to a wound and can still be quite effective in helping the wound heal all natural
