One nice feature is the twist lock outer ring that will keep the coins from falling out. **Q: On the non-quarter side, is it possible to load it up with just pennies? will they still stay in place?** A: Thank you for your question. You can load pennies on that side in all slots and they will stay in place. Additionally if you don't load any quarters you can load more pennies in the slots . Thank you, Scott **Q: Will it hold Japanese yen?** A: Yes - it will hold the 1, 5, 10, 50, and 100 Japanese yen coins.
