Does anyone know if this is just as good as the one you can buy from home bargains?

Personally I think the Home Bargains one is better, I prefer the pot and it's cheaper as well (275g at £1.19).

Roughly, how much should you use to make salt and chilli chicken fried rice for 2 people?

I would recommend maybe 2or 3 teaspoonful. Depends on how spicy you like it. Have a taste at 3 teaspoon if not add another

Because it has sugar in the ingredients, does the product stick to the pan when frying with it.

Hi Good Question, but no it shouldn't stick to the pan unless that's all you had in it, by the time you've got other ingredients in there, Onions ? Peppers ? Meats etc and any oil you use for frying then you've got plenty of other things for the Seasoning and any Sugar to stick to first and soak into. Lots of other great answers by the way from the people that really matter, the ones who buy it and use it at home, they know best ! Thank You one and all for your continued custom, it is very much appreciated : )
