Worked perfectly in my 2017 Mazda CX-9
I bought this for my CX-9 when the previous owner had pulled the SD card, probably thinking their saved addresses and navigation history were stored on the chip. Very irritating since this thing is over $400 from Mazda directly. Also all their history and addresses were still stored in the car's computer and not into he SD card. I was very grateful to find this option on Amazon.Very easy to install, just inserted it into the SD card reader while the engine was off and started my car. Even though it said it was sync'ed with the satellites, the location was incorrect until I was driving for at least 10 minutes, but then it was fine.

Works as intended. For much less $$$ than OEM.
Plugged the card into my 2020 cx5 and it just worked. It's nice seeing directions on the HUD and having the car nav as a back-up is a bonus. The only nitpick I have is that it alerts me to reduce my speed everytime a camera light is approaching.Don't let the reviews who don't understand car compatibility sway your opinion. It's clearly printed on the sd card and shown in the images which vehicles these are intended for.

Great Chip!
Worked perfectly for my 2017 Mazda CX-3. My display would constantly restart in cold weather, which in upstate New York is more often than it should be. Put this chip in while driving and it located me within a minute. No restarts! I wish I bought this much, much sooner. Local Mazda dealer wanted over $450.

good value, but dishonest selling practice
This is my second order of the same navigation sd card from a second Amazon seller. Reason for buying a second one was not because I have two cars, but because the first SD card had maps much older than advertised. The actual maps version was late 2019 (you can open the SD card's map db config file on a computer, which will tell you the correct version number; also, everything in the SD card has modified dates of 2019-2020) , and the model number was also an older one. My current home is relatively new, newly built community, in existence since 2017. And the SD card map does not have my home address; it instead shows a blank lot. Upon discovering the deceitful advertising and finding out the real "older" map version on my computer, I returned that one, and hoped that a different seller might be a bit more honest and have the advertised version in the SD card as well. My hope went down the drain when I got the second sd card from this new seller, and it has the same older map version, with my home address completely invisible. Since I got a new Mazda CX5 without nav, I thought I'll install one since it's only $25, but it seems I will be using my phone and android auto, and ditch the sd card nav.Complained to Amazon chat agent, but looks like there is no action on such selling practice. This is basically cheating, dishonest seller behavior. This is not just a one off thing; if you look at the reviews across amazon's different sellers selling the same sd card, a lot of reviews point to this fact of incorrect and older map version than what's advertised. Shame on such sellers.

Works great on my 2018 CX-9
On cold mornings my infotainment and nav would be in an endless cycle of restarting. But this totally fixes the issue, nav starts immediately and works as it should. Beats spending $450 at Mazda.

Good enough
Doesn't seem to be latest, but it definitely works.

NOT the latest map version
The software in the card indicates it was created in 2020. It is clearly not the latest version as it does not have addresses of roads and structures built in my area before 2021

It Worked
I own a 2016 Mazda 3. For some time, I've been having a resetting issue with its infotainment system. Initially, this would occur when it was cold outside (freezing or below). Recently, it began resetting about every 30-60 seconds regardless of the temperature. I thought the infotainment system had failed and was looking at a very expensive replacement. I finally discovered on a Mazda owner web site, that the cause was due to a faulty infotainment navigation SD flash drive. When I removed the navigation SD flash drive, the resetting issue stopped, but the navigation system was no longer available. I tried to reimage the original SD flash drive onto a new SD, but it was too corrupted. I purchased this SD drive on Amazon and it worked perfectly. No more infotainment system resetting. When I first installed the new SD, however, it did take a little while of driving for the system to figure out where it was (i.e., the correct GPS coordinates). After a few minutes, it was on target. IMPORTANT: Install the SD before turning the car on.
