Solgar Skin, Hair and Nails - 60 Tablets

Only been on these tablets for a week, my nails are already stronger, that’s the reason I ordered as as you get older nails go brittle, I have been taken collagen for a year no difference with nails at all, reviews were good, so pleased I have tried already order another bottle. As I know it’s going to take a couple of months to work, but so impressed already. These are large you need a good drink of water to wash them down. No sickness, which nearly put me off from ordering, you have to eat first and a decent meal, had no side affects apart from my nails going stronger 😊. These will be going to be added to my vitamin I already take. Looking forward to a couple of months time and see how these work for my hair and skin. I would still buy for nails alone. Value for money I take 2 a day with food. Very happy customer. Recommend for nails will update in a couple of months.

Solgar skin hair and nails is absolutely brilliant. I have been a nail biter for over 40 years. I have been using it for the last 6 months and my nails have grown stong and very long. My hair is thicker and my skin looks clearer. I cannot recommend this enough. I am very happy with the results. I fully recommend you try it.

I bought these hair, skin & nail vitamins in the hope that they would make my hair healthier. I have long curly colour treated hair, women with curly hair will be able to understand how difficult it can be to manage. After about 10 years colour treating my hair I was worried it was snapping & it had been dull for a while. I have tried the leading brand of skin, nails & hair vitamins with no noticable success. After reading these reviews I thought I would give them a go! About a month later & having ordered my second tub of vitamins, my hair has grown at least ONE INCH & is in considerable improved condition. My hairdresser even commented on the improvement. I have had acrylic nails for 3 years without a break & my nails are longer, stronger & I need infills more often. My skin is looking good, I suffered from eczema in the past & this has not been an issue at all. I will probably take these for a few months then have a break so they will continue to work.

I bought this product because I am suffering with hair thinning. After approximately 6 weeks of taking this I could see visible results that my hair was thickening up. Brilliant. But the down side was it was also making my skin over produce and causing me to suddenly suffer with a lot of milia on my face and neck. So I have stopped taking this now and will look further an alternative product. Shame really.

I've been using "Solgar, Skin Hair and Nails supplement", for several years now. I started taking it, because I felt that my hair was thinning. I've always had fine hair but, it lots of it. I am really pleased that my hair is much better now, no sign of my scalp showing through when I look in the mirror!! As with any supplements, there are no quick results, (and I do eat very healthily too). But I'll definitely keep buying this supplement. Many thanks!

He probado muchas, muchísimas cosas, incluso recetadas por médicos puesto que tengo ciertas carencias de hierro, ácido fólico y diversas vitaminas que hacen que mi pelo y mis uñas (entre otras cosas) estén debilitadas. Tanto así que tuve que cortarme el pelo, hacerme un corte pixie bien cortito, rapadito, con el que he estado más de un año... Hasta que decidí dejarlo crecer. Este producto es el único que me ha ayudado visiblemente a que me crezca el pelo bien, sano, que no se me rompa según crece y que ACELERE el crecimiento. SI. QUE LO ACELERE, soy peluquera y se que el cabello crece unos determinados centímetros al mes, no más, pero si éste se va rompiendo según crece, ese crecimiento no se verá. Aún así, si tu problema es como el mío, esto te servirá como ayuda, de verdad. Y no me han pagado por escribir esta reseña, lo aseguro, no suelo hacerlo, de hecho, pero merece la pena, porque es muchísima gente la que me lo ha notado... tengo más brillo que otras veces que lo he dejado crecer, nada de puntas que se rompan, muchos pelitos nuevos, y más densidad. En cuanto a las uñas, las tengo mucho más fuertes, no se me abren en láminas, no se rompen, no parecen ya papel de fumar. Y la piel, podría decir que es lo que menos he notado, pero porque siempre la he cuidado mucho y no he tenido demasiados problemas con ella, aunque si es cierto que las zonas donde sufría algo de sequedad ha desaparecido. En definitiva, GENIAL. Lo dicho, ya voy por la segunda vez que lo compro. Y repetiré sin duda.

I like this because it doesn't have the massive amounts of biotin - that you do not really need. It does seem to help with my menopausal hair loss though.
