These though are wonderful as they just unscrew and have a wide enough top to them that you can just pour the salt and pepper into each of them and screw the lids back on. Not only that but the adjustment for how fine you want your salt and pepper is incredibly easy to adjust and you just turn it upside down and twist it as you usually would! It's nice and easy to grind which is a relief for me as I hate it when it feels like you're putting more effort into manually grinding it than the meal itself took to cook! Not only that but it comes with a silicone tray to pop them into and they're actually sitting upside down as well!
