I had been smoking for nearly 40 years and have always hated it. I just had to give up,I wanted to give up !!!! I tried these and gave up smoking on 4/11/2024. I used these up until the third packet and threw the rest away. I truly,honestly have not smoked since and it's been nearly a month. I haven't even thought about smoking !!! They do help but expensive. Problem with the packet. The lozenges are a nightmare to get out sometimes it takes ages other times loads fall out. I noticed they try to do what tic tac does and turn it upside down so lozenge is on lid when opened but it doesn't work they need to make it better.

After 20plus years I am now a non smoker ! My advice is suck the mint for literally 15 seconds then keep it to the side otherwise it will burn your mouth. The burn is 100% worth it as the cravings stop within minutes and I wont have another craving for atleast an half hour/ hour. I also used these when I had a long haul flight and I couldnt smoke for 12hours. I took these on the plane and I promise it saved me ad the smoking honestly made me consider not going. What an insane mentality us smokers go through. I am now 3 weeks not smoking with the help of these and then a vape. They work if you give them a go.
