TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR A GREAT PRODUCT
At first I was really happy with the way this item was packaged in the Amazon box with its own bag as if it was fresh out the warehouse amongst my other items. BUT NO. The safety seal is completely broken and pushed into the tub with product all over the lid despite it's packaging being intact and saying "New". I can't use the product in good conscience because of the broken seal as I don't know if its been tampered with which means the product is DEFECTIVE. I can't even get a replacement as it's supposedly not eligible for a refund. So despite me making sure I was buying from the official company i've ended up losing out on a great product I love to use and also a loss of money. It seems many others have had this problem too. I'm SO disappointed. I want my money back.

Does nothing. Smells the same as cantu products.
Literally just another cantu moisturiser. If anything, a cantu moisturiser probably gives way more moisture. Putting this cream on with wet hair and dry literally makes no difference at all. This soaks in very quickly and drys your hair out without actually feeling any moisture in your hair whatsoever. You’d think by putting more on would fix this, but honestly, it just feels like I’m putting on a watery cheap oil on. Literally smells the same as cantu products, and for the price and the amount you get, honestly just find a different option.

The product was used before.
The package was delivered hours ago but I only had time to check it now and as soon as I opened it that’s how it was. Someone definitely opened it and used it before. I can’t send this back because I don’t have the original package anymore but I do want a refund for it. I know that I am going to be asked to send it back but what for? Are you going to sell this to anyone else? I guess not. So all I ask is either I get my money back or a new bottle UNOPENED THIS TIME!

Does more harm than good!
I have medium porosity 3B hair with some coarse strands, and this product hasn’t worked well for me after several trials. Although it does provide some hold, it makes my hair quite frizzy on wash day, and my curls feel heavy and weighed down, regardless of how little or how much I use. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a moisturising styler.

My hair can't absorb this...
The size is a little small value wise, but I suppose that is on me. However, I find that this product is very difficult to absorb, it just sits on my hair, even if I try to squeeze it in. Once my hair dries it can make it look stringy and weighed down. Do not recommend.

for thicker curls than mine
Im quarter black and have half a head of s-curls and half tighter curls, this stuff. is too heavy for either. This should be marketed to women with much thicker curls, it must be great for them. I don't like the ingredients though, the company is like so many others, being bought out by some huge company and then they change all the ingredients too less heathly ones

Leaves white residue in hair
I only used this twice and had to just stop because it left white flaky residue In my hair. Disappointed as I had high hopes

Desperate
I tried this product… I am not saying it is bad… just doesn’t work for extra fine curly hair. Make them dull and breaks them. Shame… as it seems to work for so many other people…

Smells great
Smells grear and melts into hair. I cab say it deeply moisturizes. And can be used on braided hair, doesn't leave a white cast

Broken Seal
The product seal was already broken and looked like some part of it had been scraped off, if I had seen the other reviews about this, I probably wouldn't have bought it here. The product smells good, yet to use, hopefully it'll be original since i cant tell because it was already unsealed before it got to me. Wish me luck
