**Q: Does this gluten free vinegar contain barley?**
A: No it doesn't or it wouldn't be gluten-free. The ingredients on the label are just water, pure acetic acid, colour E150c and salt. I have Coeliac Disease and I've never had symptoms or problems with this. Hope that helps.

A: Ingredients are.

**Q: would this be good for pickling? e.g. making pickled onions**
A: You could yse it but you can also use spirit vinegar that's cheaper and I'm sure gluten free!
