I love this. Great quality and knurling on the hand grips. Great for starting out with barbell curls when you've got a slightly gammy elbow.

Needed a bar to add to my weight section if my home gym. Chose this due to price and versatility. Hadnit verified by someone who knows more than me and pressed buy. It arrived in good time amd I have used it several times. It's heavier than I anticipated but has good grips. Recommended.

Really pleased with this EZ curl bar. It’s sturdy, well-balanced, and perfect for bicep and tricep workouts at home. The spinlock collars hold the weights securely, and it's compatible with standard 1-inch plates, which is exactly what I needed to match my existing York weights. The grip is comfortable and has just the right amount of texture not too rough, but enough to prevent slipping. It's also a nice weight on its own, not too heavy to handle but feels solid and durable. Great value for the price. Perfect for anyone looking to upgrade their home gym setup with a reliable curl bar.

Can't fault it, its a bar you put weights on and you lift the bar up and down and get stronger. The metal spinlocks move very fluidly, which is great for switching out plates quickly, but means you need to tighten them every time you pick them up and they'll be loosen if the bar plates roll at all while put to rest on the ground. That's fine for a small amount of plates, but I wouldn't trust it beyond 5 on either side. The york dumb bells come with PVC locks and while they have no weight of their own, they won't budge once in place. Excellent quality item, and a decent price.

Good, sturdy and solid bar. Has some weight to the bar too, only issue is as known, the spinlocks dont hold in place for long

Put simply, this bar is excellent for home use. The spin-lock collars can irritate if you are frequently changing plates but, since the weights shouldn't be sliding around if you're using good form, you don't have to lock them tight which saves time. The weight sleeves of the bar are a little short so you will need to opt for heavier weights and fewer of them if you want to push yourself. As has already been mentioned by another reviewer, this bar is not compatible with Olympic plates - the bar is only 1" in diameter. For the money this bar is a great addition to a home gym and can save a lot of wrist strain on your bicep curls.

Perfect addition to my dumbbells at home. Have been using now for the last month and find it very versatile. EZ Curls to hit the biceps also can do narrow or wide. I like to think of it as having 3 grips: the knurled part for neutral then narrow and wide. Doing reverse curls as well so much easier as I had golfers elbow a month ago but the bar angles have allowed me to train Arms without complaint so its improved a lot. Also used for OHP, Zercher squats, Tricep Extensions, Floor Press, Bent over rows, Reverse Bent over rows, RDLs. The only Caveat is if your biggest plates are 5kg you won't rack it higher than 60kg total because you run out of space. I need to get some bigger plates now 20kg or 25kg to really utilise its load capacity

Materiale eccellente, e le chiusurei avvitabili congiungono i dischi alla barra senza la minima vibrazione, anche quando i dischi sono più di uno per lato. Il prezzo è in linea col mercato. Consiglio però di prenderlo, o almeno di cominciare a usarlo, solo dopo almeno un paio di settimane di esercizi con i manubri a una mano sola: una dozzina di chili sulle braccia tese pesa più che non si creda, e rischia di far perdere l'equilibrio.

Produit acheté pour mon conjoint, il en est satisfait et les poids de la marque York s'adapte bien dessus (ce qui n'est pas le cas avec les barres des autres marques car les poids n'ont pas tout à fait le même diamètre). Article livré dans les temps en période de fêtes.

Can't beat the price. No issues with quality. Enough space on both ends for 5 plates. Delivered right on time by UPS on a very large package.
