Slastik readers far more comfortable than Clic readers
I'm a long time fan of Clic readers and own many pair. I just discovered a far more comfortable design by Slastik. I read in a high-backed recliner and can't wear Clic readers as they dig into the back of my head. I don't feel a thing when wearing the Slastik readers. I also needed 3.0 power which I don't think Clic supports. The other key advantages to Slastik: lighter weight and foldable for carrying in the provided case.I'm about to buy Slastik sunglasses. Superb design!

Let me Explaine....
I love these glasses. well built, nice frame design, great lenses.they are perfect for when you want them to hang around your neck, or wear them... but...My only issue is storing them. they do not fold up nicely in the odd case they came with, nor do they fold nicely in a standard eyeglass case. the nose piece separates (like it's supposed to) and the glasses become in danger of the lenses scratching each other as you attempt to fit them in either case. perhaps a new case design is in order. much love for this brand and glasses design tho :)

Nice but…
I have a couple pairs of the original “stiffer” pairs and they fit perfectly. These for some reason are slightly warped causing them to fit unevenly thus irritating my left ear when wearing for long periods. For the price they should be better quality.

Had high hopes but just not as good as CLIC. Design flaws
To start, I should probably receive some kind of royalty or commission from CLiC for all of their product that I have soled for them ( just kidding of course, but it is true that I have sent many many many customers their way). I will guarantee that not a si hole week goes by where I am not engaged by someone e out I. Public that sees me use my glasses and makes a comment on them. Of course, I respond by telling them how amazing they are and how they are worth every single penny, many times over. They always notice me in line or walking the aisles as I casually break them apart and drop them down, only to quickly reattach them when I need to read/sign something. They always say things like “ OMG, I thought you broke them at first. That is so cool !! Where did you get those ?”I love the fact that these new ones ( Slastik, Ewok) have blue blocker built in and the band is soft/foldable but I noticed a couple of deal breakers ( for me at least). I will be sending them back and get the old faithful CLIC. First, seemingly small and silly, yet significant design flaw: The lenses do not pivot down when wearing them. They only pivot up, which makes them really short and not comfortable to use. Here is a tip that you would never know about unless you have owned CLIC’s before but, sometimes it is convenient and I like to wear mine over my ears and behind my head as if I was reading with them but separate the magnet and rotate lenses away ( so basically the lenses are pointing straight away from my face. This makes it easy to connect and disconnect them very quickly repeatedly ( think grocery store where reading lots of labels). I also wear them this way sometimes when driving so I can see without the blur and magnification until I need to perhaps glance down quickly at my phone ( for GPS or such) when at a stop light. Because they don’t pivot down, they connect below your chin on your chest. This is not only less comfortable, but it creates an unfortunate shelf that sits below your mouth and face, waiting to capture every crumb and piece of fun debris that guarantees necessity for cleaning constantly ( I only wore these for a few hours but it became obvious this was inevitable. Second issue ( one that I could solve by buying a longer temple CLIC but apparently unavailable in slastik) ) is that it is tighter ( smaller) than the measurements claim. If I had another quarter inch, it would be golden ( once again, this is not necessarily a flaw, but a measurement, but I did not see an option for longer temples with the blue blockers). They look really good and of high quality but I am going to return them in exchange for the old faithful. I hope this helps. FYI, CLiC: please make some of your glasses that have anti glare and blue blocker included. That would be amazing ! Thank you for making fantastic product
